Some of the suggestions are :
** Decentralization of industry can helpful to outcome from brain drain and more spiritual to small town development. Talent from rural India can work from nearest industrial area instead of travel to metro cities.
** Addressing the 'brain-drain' issue at root/local level and providing people/entrepreneur the platform and incubation; where they can do a LIVING with their IDEAS. Importance should be given to retaining BRAINS in their area, since 'brain-drain at district/state level also brings imbalance to the uniform development within country. Provide financial support to college pass-out.
** Brain Drain can only be stopped by providing better work culture and satisfying salary.
** Developing infrastructure in remote areas will discourage migration to the cities.

job reservation for mentally disabled
Dear Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi ji,
There in no provision for the mentally deficient candidates under existing reservation in jobs of 1% available to blind and physically disabled. I understand that this requirement is being examined by the parliament for long time. I got reply from concerned deptt of GoI that due to dissolution of previous cabinet committee the issue could not be resolved.
I request and appeal to you to expedite the process to give opportunity to mentally disabled children under the scheme.
My son 23 in under treatment from NIHMANS, Bangalore for Asperger syndrome where the patient is diagnosed having slight deficiency in social maturity. Otherwise he is able bodied with career first class and will soon complete his M SC. Mathematics from Christ College, Bangalore. It would be unfair to bring him to compete along with "normal candidate".
I once again request to expand the scope of the reservation stated above so that my son and like him several others get opportunity to find their place
With utmost regard and expectations
Yours sincerely
