    Filling up of vacant post in various departments under Andaman & Nicobar Administration and Several public authorities at Andaman & Nicobar Isle – Reg

    His Excellency,
    It is observed that many post reserved for the physically challenged persons are still lying vacant and no efforts are being made to fill the reserved vacant post in various departments of the Andaman & Nicobar Administration as well as several public authorities, due to which many deserving physically challenged persons are still unemployed and facing untold hardships towards, their livelihoods to make both ends meet, to earn the bread for themselves and their family members. Therefore prompt action in this regard, under direction to the concerned authorities to fill up the reserved vacant post for the physically challenged person may be initiated on top priority basis in the best interest of natural justices as a remedial gesture towards the unemployed physically challenged persons to give them an opportunity to come into the main stream of the society without any prejudice to their well being and natural existence in the ever developing world.

    Respected pm Narendra modi sir,
    I am Mallinath from KARNATAKA Gulbarga city. I am happy for that our minister gifted an opportunity to be in touch with our pm,its a grate thing for a tenth class common man like me to be with our nation pm Narendra modi. Our village people are proud to have modi as our p.minister. I have not studied much & more but still I would like to share something more. To make super India it is better to think of gov. And gov.job workers because they are the main one who make crimes or will be responsible for crime. So if such things happen it is better to dismiss either than suspend. So by doing this every one educated can get a good job and do better work. Our teacher used to say that,before we think to keep our village clean we have to clean up our home first. So to clean India its important to scan all state gov. Workers. Thank you sir. Mallinath gulbarga

    What is the use of High courts in the states?

    Respected sir, if the order of district court is appealed in the high court. The respected high court should have some time limits for its result. But there is no time limit , no rules , no regulation to provide a respected file or a case. Please make some time limits for the high courts. Taking a time period of 2 to 10 years for a case to run in the high courts is not good & no use. To get justice for a common man,the state high court should be advised by our central gov.

    Thank You Sir

    Forum For Married Men

    We have seen many forums for married women who are not happy with their marriage & their husbands are treating them very badly.But have we ever thought of those husbands who are very much annoyed by their wives. Even there are certain laws which are totally in favour of married women. And in todays world women are taking wrong advantage of it. I have seen, in many cases that daughter in law is blackmailing their in-laws.

    ALL THE LAWS ARE IN FAVOUR OF MARRIED WOMEN

    I just want that there should be some forum where married men can get the justice.

    The principal told our parents that he is the servant of Indian government so he did not order any of the school office worker to work in this matter.

    Maximum Retail Price (MRP)

    I find that the MRP concept in India has no control or Act or regulations. I find that there is absolutely no relation between MRP and cost of the products. Suppose a product costs Rs.30 and sold for Rs.35 to Distributor or Whole saler or Main dealer and from him it is sold to Retailer for Rs.38 and the retailer has a margin of Rs.5 on it We find the MRP as Rs.75 which has no relation at all. Some times the retailers are cheating the innocent public by showing the MRP price on products. Public do not know that it is the highest price. Some times the retailers are cheating the public by giving an impression that they are giving some discount which is notional.
    I feel that Government should come out with a clear guidelines on MRP and it should have a basis for fixing and relation with cost. Publicity should be given that MRP is not Mandatory Price fixed by the Government and It is not compulsory for the people to buy at that rate.
    If some rules are framed and strictly implemented on quoting MRP on products, Business people can not play with Ordinary people by offering huge discounts and other incentives which are false and misleading.
    I hope the Government will appreciate my point and bring some strict legislation in this regard
    Thanking You

    basic food governence

    Is it possible for govt of India to keep control over food items state wise in India?
    For example in maharashta the manufacturing cost of vada pav is rs 3 but still it is sold for rs 10 in most places. Can these prices be kept in control by govt ? Same is applicable to misal pav„chapati bhaji in Maharashtra...... Idli dosa utappa in south.....samosa or shingada in West Bengal ...chattisgad, dhokala puribhaji in West India etc.There should be a minimum price tag which should be affordable for the common man.
    Similarly drinking water should not cost rs 5-6 per litre. It is a shame that cost of soft drinks like Pepsi ,thumps up,sprite,coke is less than a litre of water

    Meri Man Ki Baath

    Respected Prime Minister Ji,

    I am drafting this letter from chennai. My prime question is why you are not taking any initiative for Ganga-Kaveri link. In north during rainy season we are shelling out several cores of rupees for rehabilitation after flood. In South several cores for drought relief measures. Instead if we link the rivers, during the time of flood we can divert the water instead of wasting the natural gift from god. Why don't any government is not thinking about this?

    Is commercialisation of water legal?

    Dear sir,
    We the people of guwahati (Assam) has been suffering from huge crisis of drinking water last many years. Poor people need to expense more than half of income to purchase drinking water but this is not because of water crisis ,some individuals across guwahati dig up water from domestic boring well in residential areas and sell at much higher prices with the help of local police stations which is the crime at its highest level. And as a result the entire areas dried up and created an artificial crisis of drinking water...,MP bijaya chakravorthy is also communicated for this illegal commercialization of water but no action is taken yet. Please take an action immediately against this crime.

    clean india

    Dear pm modi sir,
    I want to be part of your "clean India" campaign. To fulfill this dream my suggestion is- Why can`t we adopt Sweden modern in cleaning the country. In Sweden , they are producing electricity and biogas by the wastages. They maintained such waste re-use units for every 300 metres in streets. They are so much successful that, to produce electricity they even importing 07 lakh tons wastages from other countries. By this Sweden became wastage-free nation as well as benefited in producing biogas and electricity to suffice the demand of people.

    Please implement this technology in India to make " Swascha Bhararth".

PLEASE MAKE A RULE AS ABROAD NATION HAS. A DOCTOR CANNOT WRITE PRESCRIPTION WITHOUT A REGD. PHARMACIST. WE HAVE SPENT 4 YEARS IN STUDIES IN B. PHARM DEGREE BUT FUTURE IS DARK. KINDLY THINK ABOUT THIS MATTER AS MANY B.PHARM ARE UNEMPLOYED.

    PROFILE

    PROFILE :
    “If I have seen further it is by standing on the shoulders of giants”
    Sir Isaac Newton

    Dr.Prabhakar V. Jois, B.Sc., LL.M., Ph.D (Law)
    ** During the span of over forty-five years of his career beginning in the sixties of the last Century I have been a close witness to the vast developments that have taken place in the realm of the theory and practice of indirect taxation. Half a century of involvement in whatsoever capacity in these happenings is an experience of a lifetime. My exposure to the diverse socio-economic-legal aspects of Administrative Law are many to recount but importantly, my participation in parliamentary, governmental and other committees constituted or related to rationalization or reformation of customs and central excise laws, its rationale and administrative structure has given me a very keen insight to the subject of indirect taxation and its importance in social, financial and national reconstruction. Customs and Central Excise laws in India, together with their cognate laws like the Service Tax, garner about fifty percent of total revenues of about Rs.12, 35,850 crores to the Central Exchequer and would, continue to be the major source of income for our nation in the years to come, considering the fact that India is largely an agro based country where, direct taxes, like the income tax, has not had a predominant role.
    ** My long association with the Administrative Process in assessment proceedings has placed me at a vantage point from where I have witnessed the dynamics of administrative law in rule making and in enforcement of tax laws.
    ** I have been a member of several advisory committees appointed by the Central Government for addressing the problems of the industry and trade in customs and central excise matters, and also member of several renowned bodies like the WHO’s WHO Historical Society, USA, the International Association of Business Leaders, USA, The International Fiscal Association, Rotterdam, The Netherlands and the Bangalore Management Association.

    SOME ACCOMPLISHMENTS :
    With modesty I could claim to be a good student of Administrative law concerning indirect taxation. I am a Ph.D in Administrative Law concerning Customs & Central Excise laws-acclaimed to be first of its kind in India in 1978 at the age of 41 years in spite of being occupied as a top adviser to India’s largest and advisory body on the vast Indian textile Industry known as the Mill owners’ Association, Bombay (as it then was-now Mumbai)
    My books on the subject include :
    ** Central Excise Manual, under the aegis of the Millowners’ Association, Bombay, in 1964-acclaimed as a first concise contribution of its ** kind on the subject when the very terminology “central excise” was hardly known or understood. The government garnered only about Rs.7000 crores as revenue from this taxation measure. He was just 25 then.
    ** Today, central excises and customs, together with its cognate laws contribute nearly Rs.600,000, crores out of the total central revenues of about 12,36,000 crores(2013-14). These taxes support most of India’s Social Security development plans including the nation’s women and children welfare projects, Education, Research and Development plans.
    ** Commentaries on Customs Act, 1962, specially commissioned by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, New Delhi, -1986 recognized as a first of its kind on the subject brought out by the Institution.
    ** Delegated legislation and Exercise of Delegated Powers under Customs and Central Excise laws in India-some aspects, Somaiya Publications, Mumbai, -1982 (1st Ed.)-acclaimed as outstanding empirical study on the subject.
    ** Labour Welfare-New Outlook of Industry and Labour in Modern Society, Somaiya publications, Mumbai, 1981 (1st Ed.).
    ** This book presented a new outlook on the subject. A factory is a melting pot of the nation and its products and profits become its first ** charge besides demanding a disciplined workforce equally interested in the country’s welfare rather than craving for itself the company’s prosperity in its entirety.
    ** Customs and Excise laws and Administrative Justice - the Dynamics of indirect taxation and State Power in India, 2009 1st Edition, Oxford University Press : an overarching empirical study on the administrative process concerning India’s most important taxation laws.
    ** I retired from service as Law Secretary from the Bombay Millowners’ Association, to set up my own legal practice after being with them for over two decades. I have had varied opportunity to be associated with several parliamentary, governmental and non-governmental commissions and committees on rationalization of indirect tax laws besides being a counsel not only to the Association’s members but as adviser to many employers’ Associations and federations. He has thus been exposed not only to various socio-economic-legal problems but has had the privileges associated with having met, interacted, argued, debated with and counseled countless people here and abroad with four different generations of wide-ranging variety of people of all hue.
    ** Taking a sabbatical from my law practice to give shape to a self-styled project entitled “Give Back to Society” with the idea of sharing with people my lifetime experiences of Seventy plus years, “Eagles in the Sun” (recently released) with a foreword by Mr. Justice S.R. Nayak, (formerly, the Chief Justice of Chhattisgarh) and lately the Chairperson of the Karnataka State Human Rights Commission, Bangalore is the fifth of a series in this direction.” My first book was on the “State of Happiness-simply a matter of choice”, (2008), where I have attempted to portray society’s preoccupation with obtaining happiness to the extent that it disregarded sadness as part of life’s cycle thereby promoting an ignorance of life’s enduring and vital polarity between agony and ecstasy, dejection and ebullience. My conclusion was that our pains, aches, guilt, resentments and grievances are the result of not understanding this basic tenet.
    ** Close on its heels was my second book “Global Oneness-a matter of understanding” (2009) where I examined if social disintegration is taking place to humankind’s own detriment by virtue of the erosion of the four pillars-foods, energy, water and climate, upon which the security of people and the nations rest. I have sought for a consensus on Global Neighborhood to foster Global integration.
    ** The third in my trilogy on personal improvement was “Dynamics of Personality-advancing towards the path of development”, (June 2010) which is committed to enhancing inter-personal and intra-personal relationships. The IQ or the Intelligent Quotient which has been the measuring tool of people’s intelligence is veering down to EQ or “Emotional Quotient or Intelligence”.
    ** Humans are endowed with many emotions. There is unease, anxiety, tension, stress, worry and every kind of fear caused either by being too much in the past or future. How do we deal with them- People around us can guess what is on our mind by a mere look at the way we stand, sit or sleep or by our gestures and other expressions. How do we unlearn habits, phobias, compulsive habits, unwarranted enervating thoughts and beliefs with a view to advancing along the path of development- Having been equipped with such personal intelligence it is our responsibility to behave well in our relationships with other members of our society which would bring us “alive” to the “present” which is what is needed to lead a life of happiness.
    ** Researchers warn us about the world-wide trend for the present generation of children to be more troubled emotionally than the last. We find them more lonely and depressed, more angry and unruly, more nervous and prone to worry, more impulsive and aggressive. If there is a remedy, it must lie now in how we prepare our young for life.
    ** This book deals with all these for all those who care and for whom we care.
    ** The fourth book, in response to public demand, is the Kannada version of the first book “State of Happiness-simply a matter of choice” with the title “SANTHOSHA-namma aayke” (2010)
    ** The uniqueness of the trilogy lies in the fact that they are adorned with FOREWORD lent by so eminent a person as His Lordship, the former Chief Justice of India Mr. Justice M.N.Venkatachaliah.
    ** Now, the latest book entitled “Eagles in the Sun” is a bold and optimistic portrayal of India’s progress at galloping speed piggybacking on its largest asset of about two-thirds of its work force comprising of the youth. Only recently, in an address to the IIM-B students, former President of India said that ignited minds of the youth were the most powerful assets on the Earth. Erstwhile critics of India are veering round to singing its praise nowadays. It is high time that domestic critics begin to do so. The book attempts at showcasing the many facets of India’s jewels to allay the doomsday predictions of critics, soothsayers and mendicants about the only poverty aspects of the country. Nations are bending over to meet the leadership of our country today I am glad to say that I have received encomia from eminent people and doyens like the Prime Minister of India; Dr.Abdul Kalam, Shri LK Advani, Smt. Sushma Swaraj, Shri Ratan Tata, Shri Azim Premji.
    ** I would not be pretending were I to say that I am a good (not eminent) teaching material not only in my professed subject of Administrative and constitutional law but also in such matters like human relationships which forms the grammar of life-HAPPINESS.

    Professional Affiliations :
    I had the privilege to have been and still be associated with almost all major Industry Employers’ Organizations in India including, the following :
    ** The All India Textile Processors’ Association, Mumbai;
    ** The All India Synthetic Textile Processors’ Association, Mumbai;
    ** The All India Rubber Industries Association, Mumbai;
    ** The All India Gas Mantles Association, Mumbai;
    ** The Indian Cotton Mills’ Federation, New Delhi;
    ** The Karnataka Textile Mills’ Association, Bangalore;
    ** The Indian Merchants’ Association, Mumbai;
    ** The Confederation of Indian Industries, (CII), New Delhi;
    ** The Maharashtra State Industries Development Corporation, Mumbai.
    ** The Bombay Industries Association, Mumbai.
    ** The All India Plastic Manufacturers’ Association, Mumbai.

    I was a Founder member of the Indirect Tax Practitioners’ Association, Bangalore, in the State of Karnataka, India, and till recently, was its Vice-President.

    DELAY OF WAREHOUSES SUBSIDY\ OVER DUES BY BANKS

    Why is delaying our government warehouses subsidy? So many warehouse owners are taking loan from open market for over dues of ware house loan.
    Banks are asking why are you not giving proper installments and over dues of ware house loan? 90`/. ware houses are vacant due to our govt policy.
    For example our govt. stopped 100 Rs/ per bonus which was giving by some state govt.
    So I want to request to the Govt. or for his kind information. Please release all warehouse subsidy timely.
    Please refund over dues to the ware house owners.
