    Reimbursement of Tuition Fees For SC/ST/OBC/MIN 2014-15 :
    Applications for reimbursement of Tuition Fee and other compulsory fee for the year 2014-15, are invited in the prescribed Proforma already available on the website of this department from SC/ST/OBC/Minorities students whose family income is below Rs. 2,00,000/- per annum upto 01-09-2014 during office hours between 10 :00AM to 1:00PM.

    The following are the eligibility conditions under the scheme :
    (1) The applicant belongs to the minority communities should be a resident of Delhi for the past three years and should submit proof thereof like EPIC card, Adhar Number, Ration Card, Land line telephone bill of MTNL, Driving License issued by GNCTD and Domicile Certificate issued by SDM in Delhi or Pass Book of Nationalized Bank.
    (2) The applicant should submit attested copy of Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC) issued in the name of student or his father' s name by SDM/Deputy Commissioner (Revenue), GOVT. of NCT of Delhi, Domicile Certificate of Delhi the caste (SC) certificate is not issued bythe competent authority of Govt. of NCTof Delhi is required.
    (3) In case of minority student, declaration by parent/guardian in the form of an affidavit (in Non-Judicial Stamp Paper of Rs.10/-) that his Son/Daughter belongs to particular Minority Community.
    (4)The school in which he/she is studying should be recognized/affiliated with Dept. of Education, Govt. of NCT of Delhi.
    (5)Repeaters in a particular class will not be eligible for such benefits.
    (6) Students studying in classes 1st to 5th will be entitled for reimbursement of tuition and other compulsory fees regardless of marks, but in the case of students studying in classes 6th to 12th,tuition and other compulsory fees will be reimbursed to only those scoring 50% and above marks and having not less than 80% attendance in the preceding year. (i.e. Student studying in class 6th may submit marksheet of class of 5th).
    (7) Students with family income upto Rs. 60,000/- PA. will be eligible for 100% reimbursement while those with parental income between Rs. 60,001/- to 2,00,000/- P.A. will be eligiblefor75% reimbursement of Fees.
    (8) For family income latest salary slip in the case of parent/guardian in Government service. Income certificate from the concerned SDM of Delhi in case of Parent/Guardian engaged in private job/service/other profession. Income certificate for current financial year is required.
    (9) All attached requisite documents should be got attested by a Gazetted Officer.
    (10) Bank Account should be in the name of the student (Joint Bank Account with parent/Guardian is also permissible) and proforma of Bank detail should be verified by the concerned Bank/Branch authority.
    (11) Original Fees receipt (in r/o 1st Six months of academic session) and fee structure should be attached with the application form.
    (12) The scholarship will be awarded as per order/Notification Circular issued by GNCT of Delhi from time to time.

    How to Apply :
    (1) Application forms can be downloaded from the website of SC/ST website department or download from the link given below.
    (2) Students and their parents / guardian are advised to apply in the prescribed format to their respective School Principals/Head Masters immediately or latest by 01.09.2014 who would forward the consolidated statement and application forms and other attested documents including original fee receipt to this department immediately or latest by 10.09.2014.
    (3) Original receipt of tuition and other compulsory fees for the subsequent six months of the academic session should be submitted by the students/parents latest by 15.01.2015

    Documents to be attached with the application :
    (1) Attested copy of Caste Certificate issued inthe Name of Students Father (in respect of SC/ST/OBC) & affidavit (in Non Judicial stamp Paper of Rs. 10/- with revenue stamp of Rs. 5/-) (in respect of Minority Students) by parent/guardian declaring his son/daughter belongs to particular Minority Community.
    (2) Attested copy of EPIC Card/Adhaar Number, Ration Card, Land line telephone bill of MTNL, Driving License issued by GNCTD and domicile Certificate issued by SDM in Delhi or Pass Book of Nationalized Bank.
    (3) Attested copy of income certificate from SDM concerned (for parent/guardian engaged in private job/service/other profession)/Salary Slip (in case of Government Servants).
    (4)Attested copy of previous-class mark sheet (From 5th class to 12th class only).
    (5)Original fees receipt and fee structure.

    Sir/Mam' can a college student is even applicable for this process?

    Students studying in classes 1st to 5th will be entitled for reimbursement of tuition and other compulsory fees regardless of marks, but in the case of students studying in classes 6th to 12th,tuition and other compulsory fees will be reimbursed to only those scoring 50% and above marks and having not less than 80% attendance in the preceding year.
