Post Matric Scholarship Scheme For SC/OBC Students Studying In Delhi And Also Outside Delhi But Within India(2014-15) :
1. Head of Govt/Aided School may forward consolidated statement of eligible students (class XI and XII) to concerned Dy.DirectorofEducation, Delhi.
2. Head of recognized Public School may forward consolidated statement of eligible students (Class XI & XII) with applications alongwith requisite documents duly recommended to this Department.
3. Kendriya Vidyalaya Schools & Schools under NDMC & Delhi Cantonment Board may forward consolidated statement of eligible students (Class XI & XII) to this Department.
4. Heads of Engineering College, Medical Colleges, Colleges under Delhi University/Jamia, University/I.P. University/JNUnGNOU may forward consolidated statement of eligible students to Dte. of Higher Education Govt.of NCT Delhi, 5, Shamnath Marg, Delhi.
5. Heads of Polytechnic may forward consolidated statement of eligible students to the Dte. of Technical Education Muni Maya Ram Marg. Pitam Pura, Delhi.
6. Heads of Colleges/Institutions in respect of students outside Delhi but within India may forward consolidated statement of eligible students alongwith application requisite documents duly recommended.

Conditions Of Eligibility For SC And OBC Students :
1. Onlythose SC/OBC students who possess caste certificate issued byGovt.ofNCT of Delhiare eligible underthis scheme.
2. Scholarship is available to all SC students whose parents/guardians income from all sources does not exceed Rs. 2.5 lakh per annum ,and all OBC students whose parents/guardians income from all sources does not exceed Rs. 1lakh per annum, who are pursuing Post Secondary (Colleges/Institutions/Universities) level studies in Govt. recognized institutions situated in Delhi & outside Delhi but within India during the academic year 2014-15.
3. BankAccount should be inthe name ofthe Student.
4. Students pursuing studies through correspondence courses are also eligible.
5. Incase of OBC parents, not more than two children will be entitled for receiving the above said scholarship. The restriction, however is not applicable to girl students. There is also no such restriction in respect of SC parents.
6. (I) For family Income latest salary slip Inthe case of parent/guardian Ingovernment service and an affidavit from notary regarding other source of family income.
(II) Income declaration by way of an affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper in the case of parent/guardian in privatejob/service.
7. Application should besubmitted inthe prescribed format only.
8. All the supporting documents should beattested by the Gazetted Officer.
9. A certificate from the School/College/Institution to the effect that the students are not getting any other scholarship/ stipend, Students who have applied for merit scholarship are not eligible under this scheme.
10. Application duly signed by the Head of Institutions with seal of the Institute.
11. Date of admission in the course/commencement of class and completion of course should beclearly mentioned inthe application form.
12. Attested copies of certificates in Diploma, Degree etc. in respect of all previous examinations passed should be enclosed with the application.
13. Attested copy of caste certificate issued by competent authority should be attached with application. Domicile Certificate of Delhi ifthe caste certificate is not issued by competent authority of Govt. of N.C.T. of Delhi.
14. Documentary proof of recognition/affiliation from Centre/State Government in respect of non-government Schools/Colleges/Institutions should beattached with the application.
15. Attested copy of fee structure duly approved by Centre/State Govt.
16. School/Colleges/University/Institute fee receipt (original) in respect of every student be attached with the application.
17. The scholarship will be granted as per Notification/Circular issued by the Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Govt of Indiafrom time to time.
18. The eligibility of the applicants will be decided as per guidelines/notification/circular issued by the Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Govt of India from time to time.

Application Should Be Complete In All Respects :
** Incomplete Application Will Be Rejected Without Any Correspondence Or Reference Where To Get Application Form :
** Format of application form, Consolidated statement to be filled by the Head of School/College/Institut ion concerned, Electronic Clearing Service proforma (in r/o students as well as College/Institution concerned) & detail of value of cholarship (SC/OBC) may be downloaded from the Departments website alternatively this can be collected from the ounterofthis Department on any working day between 10.00AM to 01.00 PM.
** Student once applied for the above scholarship may log on to department website for information with regard to status of heir application.

Remarks :
Last date for receiving of proposal under the Post-Matric Scholarship for SC & OBC students from Implementing Departments for the year 2014·15 is 30th September 2014. Proposal received after 30th September 2014will not beconsidered.
