PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (T&C) CAREFULLY BEFORE REGISTERING TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS GANPATI CONTEST (THE “CONTENT”). THIS CONTENT IS PURELY ON A “BEST EFFORT” BASIS AND SHEMAROO ENTERTAINMENT LTD IN ASSOCIATION WITH IDEA CELLULAR LIMITED, RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATION IN THIS CONTENT .YOUR PARTICIPATION TO THIS CONTENT IS VOLUNTARY AND BY PROCEEDING WITH THE REGISTRATION AND PARTICIPATION IN THIS CONTENT, YOU HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE AND ACCEPT THE CONTEST AND THEREBY AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY ITS T&C MENTIONED HEREUNDER. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ABIDE BY THESE T&C, PLEASE DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THIS CONTEST.

This Contest is conceptualized, administered/ organized and sponsored by Shemaroo entertainment ltd, a company having its registered office at Plot no 18,Marol co-op industrial estate,Mumbai-400059,India; in association with Idea Cellular Limited, a company having its registered office at Suman Tower, Plot No. 18, Sector – 11, Gandhinagar – 382 011 and its Maharashtra’s telecom circle (“Circle”) office address at Sharda centre,off karve road,Erandwane,Pune-411004_______________________________, Pune (Maharashtra), INDIA (here in after referred to as “Idea”).

SHEMAROO and Idea shall be jointly referred to as “Parties” and individually as Party.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS (T&C) :
Duration/ Term of the Contest:
This Contest is open for a limited period only and shall commence from 29th August.” to duration of 30 days (Contest Period). The contest can be extended or closed earlier at the discretion of either Party.

Eligibility Criteria:
The Contest is open for active pre-paid & post-paid category of cellular subscribers of Idea, in Maharashtra Circle only (the “Subscribers”). For the sake of clarity, a “Subscriber /Participant” for the purpose of this Contest shall mean and include an individual/person, who is the rightful owner/user of the pre-paid connection of Idea, registered in Maharashtra Circle and in whose name the mobile connection is active and registered as per the records maintained by Idea Cellular Ltd (and which shall be conclusive). In case a Participant is an employee of a company/entity and the mobile connection used by him is registered in the name of a particular employing company/ entity, the employee /Subscriber can participate the Contest provided that the employing company/entity issues a letter to this effect certifying that the particular employee/user has been allotted the specific mobile connection, and intended to be used by the employee for participating in the Contest.

In order to be eligible for this Contest, a Subscriber/Participant must fulfill the following criteria-
He/She should be above 18 years of age.
He/Se must be citizen of India.
He/She must not have any criminal record nor should be of an unsound mind.
He/She must not be restrained by any law of the land (e.g. - any court order(s) etc.).

2.3. The employees of Idea & SHEMAROO and their group companies affiliate or associate companies; are not eligible to participate in this Contest.

2.4. This Contest is not available to the Subscribers of Maharashtra (MH) Circle roaming in other Circles of and/or subscribers of other Circles roaming in MH Circle.

3. Participation, Charges & Selection of WINNERS
3.1. Participation:
3.1.1. This Contest is purely on a “best effort” basis to participate in this Contest, a Subscriber/Participant shall have to do the following –

He/She can participate in the SHEMAROO/Idea Contest through idea governed modes for the services DialerTones.

All subscribers downloading SHEMAROO’s Content shall be eligible to participate in SHEMAROO/Idea CONTEST.

After successful download of SHEMAROO Content as Dialer Tone, subscriber is informed of the Service and an option (consent) is sought from the subscriber via SMS, to participate in the Contest.

On his /her consent for participating in the contest, the Participant is sent Questions to play contest quiz via SMS medium.

On successfully downloading one Dialer Tone the subscriber will get to answer 10 questions. The subscriber can answer all 10 at one go or answer in part. If the subscriber downloads another Dialer Tone subsequently, the subscriber will get fresh set of 10 questions to play.

Every correct answer, entitles a SCORE of ‘1’ point, for the participant.

On agreeing to participate the Contest as per sub-clause 3.1 (ii), the Contest, participant with the highest SCORE, shall stand chance to WIN Gratification, as specified in the Gratification Grid below.

3.1.2Miscellaneous
3.1. Applicable Charges
i) ‘DialerTone Subscription’ & ‘Tone Selection’ Charges levy, for New Activations on DialerTone Service, as per Rental & Selection plan of the respected Mode under consideration.

‘Tone selection Charges’ levy, for Existing Users on DialerTone Service, as per Rental & Selection plan of the respected Mode under consideration.

3.2. Selection for WINNERs/Gratification :
The Subscriber(s)/Participants(s) with maximum SCORE during the Contest period and as per Gratification Grid.(irrespective of his/her attempts/efforts to the Contest); shall be declared/ Selected to be the WINNER by Shemaroo
The Selection/ declaration of WINNERS shall be made by Shemaroo
Winners will be Selected at the end of contest for BUMPER PRIZE, and recharge for DAILY PRIZE.
Winners will be informed via phone call by shemaroo
In case of a tie on downloads i.e., in the event of more than 1 earning the same SCORE.
Idea will Select final WINNER for the respective Gratification grid, basis Will be decided by shemaroo.__________

Rules & Regulations :
It is understood and agreed by the subscribers that a Selected winner/ Top Performer shall have to be the rightful owner of the particular mobile phone number/ connection, registered as per the records maintained by IDEA Cellular Ltd (and which shall be conclusive). If the winner is not able to provide sufficient evidence to show that he/she is the rightful owner/user of the particular mobile connection, IDEA reserves the right to award the Gratification to the next eligible winner.

By entering the Contest, the Subscribers confirm and waive the applicability of rules and regulations of the National Do Not Call Registry and agree to receive only transactional messages related to the contest, as they may deem fit and proper, at their sole and absolute discretion. However, the Subscriber registered with the National Do Not Call Registry would not receive any promotional messages relating to any other product of SHEMAROO/Idea unless he/she is categorically subscribed for the same.

By participating in the Contest, the Subscriber hereby further understands and agrees that SHEMAROO/Idea shall at its sole discretion be responsible for inter-alia the Selection of the Top Performer. Delivery of the Gratification at the mentioned venue shall be at the sole discretion of SHEMAROO. The decision of SHEMAROO/Idea in this regard shall be final and binding upon the subscriber.

The date and time of Selection of WINNERS shall be within “10” working days from the date of the closure of the Contest and the information shall be informed via SMS, after the closure of the Contest. The Subscriber hereby understands and agrees that Idea’s responsibility in the Contest is limited only to the extent of communicating the list of eligible Subscribers to SHEMAROO. It is specifically mentioned that no information by post/courier/fax/telegram or any other mode shall be given by the SHEMAROO.

All participants/ WINNERS who have been declared WINNERS and who have won the gratification shall have to make their own arrangements for travel, accommodation to claim the Gratifications from Idea’s MH Circle Office (the “venue”). SHEMAROO /Idea shall not be responsible for the travel arrangements and/or any cost incurred by any of these WINNERS for the collection of their respective Gratification(s).

The Subscribers including the Top Performer understand and agree that acceptance of the Gratifications by the WINNERS, constitutes grant of permission to IDEA as well as Genesis SHEMAROO and its affiliates, to click photographs of the WINNERS and use the WINNERS’ names, photocopy, preferences (likes and dislikes), voice and comments for adverting and promotional purposes in any media worldwide, only for purposes of advertising and trade without any additional compensation whatsoever. The Subscribers including the WINNERS, hereby understands and gives his/ her irrevocable consent for sharing /submission of his/her personal information with SHEMAROO.

The Subscribers including the WINNERS understand and agree that the Gratification(s) under the Contest is neither assignable nor transferable under any circumstances. All the Gratifications shall be subject to such other terms and conditions as may be applicable to specific Gratifications and shall have to be duly complied with by the winner.

All Gratifications must be claimed by the WINNERS, along with the documents specified herein below at the venue of the event. *The documents required to be submitted along with the claim by the winner include the following-
Identity Proof
Address Proof
PAN Card and

Letter of Compliance with rules and regulations
