IDEA SUPER CHALLENGE SEASON 4 :
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE REGISTERING TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS CHALLENGE KNOWN AS “IDEA SUPER CHALLENGE SEASON 4”. BY PROCEEDING WITH REGISTRATION AND USE OF THE IDEA SUPER CHALLENGE SEASON 4, YOU AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS

TERMS:
The IDEA SUPER CHALLENGE SEASON 4 (Hereinafter referred to as “Challenge”) is sponsored, organized and administered by One97 Communication Ltd, a company having its registered office at 1st Floor , Devika Tower, Nehru Place, New Delhi - 110019 and corporate office at B-121, Sector 5, Noida, UP 201301 One97(hereinafter referred to as “One97”) in association with Idea Cellular Limited, a company having its registered office at Suman Tower, Plot No. 18, Sector – 11, Gandhinagar – 382 011 and Corporate Office at 5th Floor, Windsor, Off CST Road, Kalina, Santacruz (E), Mumbai-400098 (hereinafter referred to as ‘Idea’) (One97 and Idea shall be jointly referred to as ‘Organisers’)and the Challenge is open for a limited period from 01st July 2014 00:00:01 hrs till 28th Sept 2014 23:59:59 hrs for the pre-paid as well as post-paid category of the subscribers of Idea for the following circles. This Challenge is being brought to you by One97 and the prizes of the Challenge are sponsored by One97 exclusively for the Subscribers of Idea. Idea is merely providing its base and SMSC to facilitate the Challenge.

An active Subscriber shall mean the Subscriber who uses the Subscriber Identity Module (“SIM”) on a regular basis for purposes other than to participate in this Challenge or any other challenges offered by the Organizer and Idea, jointly.

Subscriber shall mean the rightful user of the Idea connection; pre-paid or post-paid, in whose name the mobile phone connection number (MSISDN) is registered with the operator. In the event the user number / connection is registered in the name of a company/ firm, the employee who is authorized to use the connection shall submit a No Objection Certificate (NoC) and authorization of the employer duly permitting the employee to use the number for participation in the Challenge, receive the prizes and accept the terms applicable for the Challenge.

The Challenge shall be available in the below mentioned telecom circles of Idea:

The Challenge is not available to the Idea subscribers who are roaming outside their home circle.

The Challenge will be available in below mentioned regional language on SMS and on IVR:

Hindi/ English/ Punjabi/ Gujarati/ Marathi/ Tamil/ Telugu/ Malayalam/ Kannada/ Bengali/ Assamese and Oriya

An Idea Subscriber, by participating in the Challenge, hereby agrees to the Terms and Conditions mentioned below and gives his/her express consent to the process of selecting the successful highest scorer as set out herein, and any appropriate changes that may be made to this Challenge by the Organizers’ due to any legal or regulatory or other requirement, instructions from any judicial or a quasi-judicial body or due to any natural calamity beyond the reasonable control of the Organizers, its affiliates and associates.

Also, by participating in this Challenge, you:
Warrant that you have read, understood and agreed to confirm to these Terms and Conditions.

Warrant the accuracy, truthfulness and currency of all information that you have submitted.

These Terms and Conditions are available on the website at the following address: http://one97.com/contest/challenge/season4. By participating in the Challenge, you indicate your acknowledgement and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Charges:
Charges for participating in this Challenge are as under:
Registration/Subscription charges to participate is Re. 0 (No Registration/Subscription Charges)
Subscriber shall be charged Re. 2/- per question, and he/she will be able to play a maximum of 900 questions during total challenge period.

Procedure and Eligibility to participate:
This Challenge is valid for all active Prepaid and Postpaid Idea Subscribers who fulfill the following criteria:
Subscriber must be of or above 18 years of age.
Subscriber must be a citizen of India.
He/she must not have any criminal record nor be of an unsound mind and must have a firm contractual capacity.
He/she must not have any been either convicted and / or prosecuted for commission of any criminal offence.
He/she must not be under any legal disability e.g. insolvency, restraint by court order etc. and / or is prohibited from entering any contractual relationship.

If the highest scorer is not able to provide sufficient evidence to show that he/she is the Subscriber of the mobile number, the Organizers’ reserve the right to award the prize to the next eligible highest scorer or to forfeit the prize, at their sole discretion.

To participate on Voice, the Idea Subscribers have to call 53111, which will be Toll free. To participate through SMS, Subscribers need to send an SMS CAR to 53111 which will be Toll free. This Challenge will be available only in the above mentioned 22 circles of Idea.

Challenge on Voice:
The Challenge will be available on 53111 which will be Toll free for all the Idea Cellular Subscribers of the above mentioned circles of Idea Cellular.
The participants can press 1 or 2 on the phone keypad to answer the questions of the Challenge.
The participants can press * to listen to a question again.
For every right answer the participant will get 10 points. There is no negative marking for a wrong answer.
For every right answer the participant will get 20 point in Happy Hours (as mentioned below). There is no negative marking for a wrong answer.
If the participant stops participating in the Challenge after answering the nth question then when participant calls back on the same day, participant will be given the (n+1)th question.
If the participant stops participating in the Challenge without answering the nth question then when participant calls back on the same day, participant will be given the nth question.
If the participant stops participating in the Challenge after answering the nth question then he/she can continue to participate either by calling back on 53111, or by sending SMS CAR to 53111,
The participant will answer the questions one after the other.
All participants can participate by answering questions by paying Re. 2 per question. Overall a maximum of 900 questions shall be asked during the entire Challenge period

Challenge on SMS:
The Challenge will be available on the Toll free Short code 53111.
To participate in the Challenge, Idea Subscribers can send the keyword CAR to toll free Short Code 53111.
Participants can participate in the Challenge by sending a response to the question that they have received last. There will be 2 response options in each question out of which 1 option is correct. Participant needs to choose the option.
For every right answer the participant will get 10 point. There is no negative marking for a wrong answer.
For every right answer the participant will get 20 point in Happy Hours (as mentioned below). There is no negative marking for a wrong answer.
If the participant stops participating in the Challenge after answering the nth question then when participant calls back on the same day, participant will be given the (n+1)th question if he/she has not attempted the 5th question.
If the participant stops participating in the Challenge without answering the nth question then when participant calls back on the same day, participant will be given the nth question.
The participant will answer the questions one after the other.
If a participant participates in the Challenge over any of the channels (Voice or SMS), his/her score will only be cumulative and not exclusive for each of the channels. i.e.: if the participant has started participating the Challenge on Voice and has scored 20 points in 2 questions, if he/she drops the call and resumes participation through SMS, he/she will be given the 3rd question, and if he/she answers the question correctly, his/her score will be 30 and this will be the score that will be considered for the highest score’s selection of all the prizes.
All participants can participate by answering questions by paying Re. 2 per question. Overall a maximum of 900 questions shall be asked during the entire Challenge period
Happy Hours- Every day from start of the Challenge till the last day of Challenge, there will be happy hours decided by the Organizers’. Subscribers participating in Challenge during happy hours will get 20 points for every right answer. Information regarding happy hours will be sent to all registered users/Subscribers each day by SMS in advance.

Prizes and highest scorers selection:
Subscriber/Participant will be eligible for various prizes/awards categories based on the level after contest is over. Bifurcation will be according to below level
