TERMS AND CONDITIONS :
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE REGISTERING TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS OFFER KNOWN AS “Right to watch TV”. BY PROCEEDING WITH REGISTRATION AND PARTICIPATION IN THIS “Right to watch TV”, YOU HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE AND ACCEPT THE OFFER AND THEREBY AGREE ON IRREVOCABLE BASIS, TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ABIDE BY THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS, PLEASE DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THIS OFFER.

TERMS:
The “Right to watch TV” (Hereinafter referred to as “Offer”) is sponsored, organized and administered by APALYA TECHNOLOGIES having its registered office at #8-2-120/76, Plot No. 89, 2nd floor , Vaibhav Constructions ,Road No. 2, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad – 500034 - India (hereinafter referred to as “Apalya technologies”) in association with Idea Cellular Limited, a company having its registered office at Suman Tower, Plot No. 18, Sector – 11, Gandhinagar – 382 011 and Corporate Office at 5th Floor, Windsor, Off CST Road, Kalina, Santacruz (E), Mumbai-400098 (hereinafter referred to as “Idea”). OnMobile and Idea shall be jointly referred to as “Organisers”.

The Offer is open for a limited period for both pre-paid and post-paid category Subscribers of Idea Cellular Limited.

Definitions :
For the purpose of this Offer, the following terms shall have the meanings defined below when used in capital letters herein:

“Offer Period” means the period commencing from 15th AUGUST 2014 00:00:00 Hrs till 13th OCTOBER 2014 23:59:59 Hrs.

“Gratification” shall mean and refers to 60 Android Smart phones as mentioned under Gratification clause herein below.

“Circle” shall mean and include:

Subscriber shall mean the rightful user of the Idea connection; pre-paid or post-paid, in whose name the mobile phone connection number (MSISDN) is registered with the operator. In the event the user number / connection is registered in the name of a company/ firm, the employee who is authorized to use the connection shall submit a No Objection Certificate (NoC) and authorization of the employer duly permitting the employee to use the number for participation in the Offer, receive the gratifications and accept the terms applicable for the Offer.

A Subscriber, by participating in the Offer hereby agrees to the Terms and Conditions mentioned below and gives his/her consent to the criteria and process of selecting the highest scorer(s) for Gratification(s) as set out herein, and any appropriate changes that may be made to this Offer by the Organisers due to any legal or regulatory requirement, instructions from any judicial or a quasi-judicial body or due to any natural calamity beyond the reasonable control of the Organisers, its affiliates and associates.

Also, by participating in this Offer, the Subscriber:
Warrants that he/she has read, understood and agreed to conform to these Terms and Conditions.

Warrants that the accuracy, truthfulness and currency of all information that he/she may have submitted.

These Terms and Conditions are available on the Website at the following address : http://www.ideacellular.com/idea/promotions (“Website”). The terms and conditions can be amended or varied from time to time or withdrawn and therefore, please visit the Website periodically to keep you updated and informed.

By participating in this Offer, the Participant/Subscriber indicates his/her acknowledgement and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

The Participant / Subscriber hereby agrees that all incidental costs/taxes/levies related to the Gratification(s), if any, shall be exclusively borne by the Subscriber, which shall be including but not limited to TDS, and any other taxes applicable by the Central, State or Municipal government.

Procedure and Eligibility to participate:
This Offer is valid for those Subscribers who subscribe for “Idea TV” (“Product”), a Value Added Service launched by Idea. The Subscribers who subscribes for the Product during the period of 15th August 2014 till 13th October 2014 and remain subscribed to the Product on the last day of the offer period shall be eligible to participate in this Offer without paying any subscription or entry fee for participating in the Offer. The subscription charge for the Product is Rs. 49/month (Rupees Forty-Nine Only per month) for North/South Pack and Rs.99/month for New Mega Pack (All Channel Pack) - (Rupees Ninety Nine Only) per month.

This Offer is valid for the Subscribers who fulfil the below mentioned criteria and confirm that he/she is:
Of or above 18 years of age.
A citizen of India.
Has neither been convicted nor prosecuted for commission of any criminal offence nor are of an unsound mind.
Is not under any legal disability e.g. insolvency, restraint by court order etc. and / or is prohibited from entering any contractual relationship.
Subscriber must belong to the Circle mentioned above only.
Subscriber must be an active Subscriber of Idea during the announcement or selection of the highest scorer(s).

Further, the highest scorer(s) eligible for Gratification(s) will be the Subscriber of the successful mobile phone number (MSISDN) and not the person answering the questions, if the person answering the questions of the Offer is not the Subscriber of such mobile number, as set out above. If the highest scorer(s) is not able to provide sufficient evidence to show that he/she is the Subscriber of the mobile number, Organisers reserve the right to award the Gratification(s) to the next eligible successful participant or to forfeit the Gratification(s), at its sole discretion.

To Participate in the Offer:
To participate in the Offer, Subscriber is required to subscribe to Product.
The Subscriber needs to be activated for the Product to participate in the Offer.
Subscription charges to activate the Product is Rs.49/- per month for North/South Pack and Rs.99/month for all channels pack.

3. Selection of the highest scorer(s):
Selection of the highest scorer(s) shall be in the following manner:
a) After the Offer Period, participating Subscribers across all the circles will be asked 10 (Ten) skill/knowledge based questions.
b) The Subscriber should be the quickest to answer all the questions correctly.
c) Subscriber has to respond with answers on IVR (toll free).
d) Responses against each MSISDN will be captured and 01 points will be given to every correct answer and 0 points to incorrect answer.
e) At the end of the Offer Period, the Subscriber(s) giving the most correct answers in least amount of time shall be intimated via phone call that he/she is the highest scorer eligible for Gratification(s) under the Offer.
f) If there is a tie between two or more selected participants, the final participants shall be asked further 5 (five) skill based questions and the participants giving the most correct answer in less amount of time shall be selected for the Gratification(s). Tie Breaker round will be conducted on or after 16th October 2014.
g) The tie-breaking rounds shall be conducted until the highest 60 (Sixty) highest scorers are selected.
