NOTE :
1) As per Railway Board’s order only one Main (2nd stage) written examination in a single session will be held for all the categories notified under Centralised Employment Notice No. 03/2012 instead of four separate examinations. The provision of obtaining detailed application forms from the candidates at this stage ( as envisaged in para 1.06 (C) of the CEN No. 03/2012) has been dispensed with. The application form already submitted by the candidates to RRB/Kolkata before 1st stage written examination, in response to CEN No. 03/2012, shall be treated as valid for the 2nd stage written examination and also for the purpose of presuming the eligibility of a candidate for the posts applied by him as well as for claiming various concessions like reservation benefits, free Rail Passes, facility entitled for PWD candidates, age relaxation etc, if any.

Candidates who have been declared eligible for the Main (2nd stage) written examination have to submit their option compulsorily indicating order of preference for the posts mentioned on the call letter in number from 1 to 7. The candidates are advised to fill up their preference of post ( ranked from 1 to 7 most favoured as ‘1’ and least favoured as ‘7’ and others in between) in the call letter against the various posts with due care beforehand and tender the same to the Invigilator during the 2nd stage written examination. The boxes should not be filled in Roman numerals (such as i,ii,iii) or in words ( such as one, two, three ). The same number should also not be repeated while indicating preference and numbers should not be put outside the box.

Once the choice is made, it shall be final and can not be changed. If any candidate does not indicate any/all of the priorities on the call letter, this RRB shall reserve the right to allot any post depending upon the vacancy position, which shall be treated as final. Candidature of candidates who fail to handover the call letter will be liable for rejection.

2. RRB/Kolkata reserves the right to rectify any inadvertent error or typographical mistake at any stage.

3) RRB/Kolkata regrets inability to entertain any correspondence from unsuccessful candidates.

4) Call letters for the Main (2nd stage) written examination are being mailed to the above mentioned candidates by Speed Post.

5) In case of non receipt of call letters or any discrepancy(es)/error(regarding Name, Address, Community etc. ) is(are) noticed in the call letters, candidates may obtain duplicate/corrected call letters from the office of this Railway Recruitment Board/Kolkata on 17.08.2013 between 11.00 hours and 16.00 hours on production of two clear passport size photographs and counterfoil of the call letter of 1st stage written examination. No duplicate/corrected call letter will be issued on the day of written examination. Free 2nd class Railway Passes will not be issued to the candidates for obtaining duplicate call letters.

6) If it is found later at any stage of the recruitment that the candidate does not fulfil all/any of the conditions of eligibility his/her candidature will be cancelled and no appeal against such cancellation will be entertained.

I am qualify rrb kolkata asm, goods guard etc. preliminary exam. At the time of form fill up (may,2012) I am an Obc candidate under 4.5% muslim quota, but now this obc qota are pending under supreme court, so I can not understand that I am qualify for general or obc? what can I do for further form fillup for main exam,or document verification? Please help me to give this answer quickly.
