NOTE :
1) RRB/Kolkata reserves the right to rectify any inadvertent error or typographical mistake at any stage.
2) RRB/Kolkata regrets inability to entertain any correspondence from unsuccessful candidates.
3) Call letters to the above candidates are being issued by Speed Post. Any candidate who does not receive his/her Call Letter in time should reach the above mentioned venue on the specified date and time. He/She must bring with him/her all original testimonials (with attested copies of each ), two copies of passport size photographs of him/her and counterfoil of the call letter of the Written Examination.
4) Candidates will be required to submit Vision Certificate in the prescribed format (Annexure-VI) from EYE Specialist at the time of Aptitude Test, failing which they will not be permitted to attend the Aptitude Test.
5) Request for change of venue, date and time will not be entertained.
6) If it is found later at any stage of the recruitment that the candidate does not fulfil all/any of the conditions of eligibility his/her candidature will be cancelled and no appeal against such cancellation will be entertained.
