NOTE :
1) RRB/Kolkata reserves the right to rectify any inadvertent error or typographical mistake.

2) RRB/Kolkata regrets inability to entertain any correspondence from unsuccessful candidates.

3) Call letters to the above mentioned candidates are being issued by Speed Post. Any candidate who does not receive his/her call letter in time should reach the above mentioned venue on the specified date & time. He/She must bring with him/her all original testimonials ( with attested copies of each ), two copies of Passport size photographs of him/her and counterfoil of call letter of both the written examination.

4) Request for change of date & time will not be entertained.

5) PWD candidates are required to submit PWD certificate as per annexure - IX of the E.N.No. CEN-04/2010 on the day of Typing Skill Test. Without PWD Certificate candidate is not allowed for Typing Skill Test.

6) Handicapped candidates who are unable to type must produce a certificate on the day of Typing Skill Test from the Medical Board attached to the Special Employment Exchange or by a Civil Surgeon where such a board does not exist, failing which they have to undergo typing skill test on the specified date and time.

7) Candidate may appear in the Typing Skill Test either in Computer or on Manual Type Writer Machine as per their option. Arrangement of Computer will be made by the RRB/Kolkata for the candidates who will appear in the Typing Skill Test on Computer. Candidates who are opting for Typing Skill Test on manual Type Writer Machine, they should bring their own Type Writer Machine ( English/Hindi key punching type machine) along with them. If Type Writer Machine brought by the candidate develops any snag or fails during the test, neither any extra time will be allowed nor any alternative arrangement will be made by RRB/Kolkata.

8) The font for Hindi Typing in Computer will be TT Mangal ( Devnagari ), with Unicode character set setting in regional languages .

9) If it is found later at any stage of the recruitment that the candidate does not fulfill all/any of the conditions of eligibility his/her candidature will be cancelled and no appeal against such cancellation will be entertained.
