The SHRC is an autonomous institution (Society) set-up in year 2002 as a Technical Support Agency for the Department of Health and Family Welfare, Chhattisgarh. SHRC has a staff-strength of around 50 professionals who provide technical advice to Government on a number of Health Sector Reform initiatives and coordinate the Mitanin Programme, one of the most successful Community Health Worker programmes in the country.

1. Name of the post : Programme Coordinator (Technical Assistance)
Number of posts : 1
Eligibility and qualifications :
i) MBBS with Post Graduate qualification in public health
ii) At least 2 years' post qualification work experience, preferably in providing technical assistance services to government agencies
iii) Proficiency in English and Hindi languages
iv) Well versed with computer applications
Age: Preferably in age bracket of 30-35 years
Salary: Salary will be in the range of Rs 25 – 70,000 per month, commensurate with qualification, experience and last pay drawn.

2. Name of the post : Senior Programme Coordinator (Systems and Operations Research)

Eligibility and qualifications :
i) MBBS with MD in Community Medicine / Preventive and Social Medicine OR MBBS with Post Graduate qualification in public health OR Graduate in any discipline with PG qualification in Public Health / Health Administration / Health Management. Candidates with MD in Community Medicine / PSM will be given preference.
ii) At least 7 years' work experience, preferably in undertaking / guiding operational research and/or evaluation / assessment.
iii) Proficiency in English and Hindi languages
iv) Well versed with computer applications
Age: Preferably below 50 years of age
Salary: Salary will be in the range of Rs 40 – 100,000 per month, commensurate with qualification, experience and last pay drawn.

3. Name of the post : Programme Coordinator (AYUSH)

Eligibility and qualifications :
i) Graduate in any branch of AYUSH with PG degree in Public Health / Health Management
ii) At least 2 years' post qualification work experience, preferably in providing technical assistance services to government agencies

Eligibility and qualifications : These are entry level positions for graduates in any discipline (arts, science, commerce, medicine, AYUSH, allied health sciences etc.) having;
i) PG Diploma in Hospital and Health Management from IIHMR / ASCI OR
ii) Master’s degree in Public Health / Health Administration / Hospital Administration from TISS OR
iii) MBA in Hospital and Health Care from Symbiosis OR
iv) Master’s degree in Health and Hospital Management from Jamia Hamdard University OR
v) Equivalent qualification from other AICTE recognized institutions.
Other requirements include the following;
i) Proficiency in English and Hindi languages
ii) Well versed with Computer application
iii) Willingness to travel extensively across the State which may involve spending at least 10-15 days in the field.
Salary: The position carries a consolidated fee of Rs 25,000/- per month plus allowances as per Organization norms.

Desirable : Preference would be given to candidates with experience in documentation of data on communication activities and with practical experience of handling work relating to developmental communication in health or related sectors, preparation of Audio visual Aids and display material in responsible position, ability to develop nationwide IEC packages / strategy & liaise with govt. & private sectors, and
i. ) Knowledge of AV media & proficiency in handling audio visual aids for training purpose.
