Project Name: Assessment on the Impact of Environmental Changes on the Livelihoods of Coastal Women in TamilNadu
Duration : Two years upto 7th June 2014
Nature of Work : Field and survey work at coastal areas in Tamil Nadu. Research and project documentation work
Emoluments: Rs.10,000/- p.m. (consolidated)
Age Limit : Maximum 35 years for men and 40 years for women as on date of interview.

Essential Qualification :
i) M.Sc. & above degree in Home Science / Women Studies / Sociology / Social Work / Extension / Life Sciences (Candidate with experience in typing and computer data entry work will be preferred)
ii) M.Sc. & above degree in Computer Science (Candidate with good knowledge in data base, excel & analysis work will be preferred)

The following post is to be filled purely on contract basis under Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) funded scheme of this Institute.

Essential Qualification :
i) Ph.D. Degree in Biotechnology / Microbiology or M.Sc. Degree in Biotechnology / Microbiology with 1st division or 60% marks or equivalent overall grade point average with atleast two years of research experience in relevant area
ii) Experience and knowledge in Intellection Property Rights & Management is desirable.

Emoluments :
i) Rs.24,000/- + HRA @ 30% p.m. for Ph.D. holders /
ii) Rs.23,000/- + HRA @ 30% p.m. for Master Degree holders.

Age Limit : Maximum 40 years for male and 45 years for female candidates as on date of interview.
