Disconnected /relocating services, erection of pipes or structures, material movement on height, hot work etc

To take action .Remove the person from service and issue penalty letter/violation letter as per the contract clause.

17) If any new contractors are at site ensure safety induction training is conducted to them by the contractor safety officer and check whether the names are entered in the Training tracking sheet. ( Share KBSIL Safety expectations, general safety guidelines, permit system, PPE ,Safe procedures during hot work, height work, Electrical, general work, housekeeping, BOS, incident reporting & accountability system etc)
18) Check whether daily tool box meeting is conducted by the Contractor safety officer. Conduct tool box meeting to all the contractors weekly once.
19) Conduct daily safety meeting at 10 A.M with the contractor's safety officers and share the BOS results & outages for correction.
20) Conduct Weekly safety meeting on every Tuesday with the contractor & Project team and share the systematic improvement & train on any one system.
