EDUCATION QUALIFICATION : Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized Board/ University.

TECHNICAL QUALIFICATION :
For Driver : Should possess “Transport vehicle driving license and pass the driving test.

For Fitter : Should possess a certificate from ITI or any other recognized institution in the trade of Auto mobiles fitters/ motor mechanic and should have one year experience. However, wards of CRPF, who have undergone training in ITI run by CRPF will be exempted from one year practical experience. Their technical knowledge and aptitude for the job should be considered for their enrolment in CRPF.

For Other Trades : i.e., Bugler / Tailor / Brass Band / Pipe Band / Cobler / Carpenter / Gardener / Painter / Cook / Water Carrier / Safai Karmachari / Barber / Washer Men – Should be proficient in respective trades.

Physical Standard : Male
Height in Cms : 170 Cms
Chest : Unexpended-80 Cms; Expanded: Minimum expansion 5 Cms
Female : Height in Cms - 157 Cms

Selection Procedure :
STAGE - I (Physical efficiency test/Physical standards test)
STAGE-II Written Test
STAGE-III TRADE TEST(PRACTICAL)- (QUALIFYING IN NATURE)
STAGE-IV MEDICAL EXAMINATION

Application fee : Rs. 50/- ( Rupees fifty only ) in the form of Indian Postal Order duly crossed/ Demand Draft/ Banker’s Cheque purchased during the period of 10/11/2012 to 30/11/2012 in favor of concerned DIG, Group Centre, CRPF i.e. concerned application receiving Centres identified for their respective States.

ii) Application form is required to be sent to corressponding State-wise application Receiving Centres through post.

iii) Eligible and desirous candidates, who fulfill above eligibility conditions, may send their application in the prescribed proforma duly typed or neatly hand written and filled up in all respects on full-scap paper, affixing latest passport size photograph duly attested on the application at the space prescribed for the purpose) and two self addressed envelops of 4” x 9” size with Rs. 22/- postage stamps affixed thereon, to the DIG, Group Centre, CRPF of concerned applications receiving Centres as mentioned at para-3 above, on or before the last prescribed date i.e. 30/11/2012 super scribing on the envelop “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF CONSTABLE (TECHNICAL/TRADESMEN) – 2012” by any available means of post.
