WHAT is the model paper of staff nurses exam .syllabus should be please .mention

The recruitment process will be carried out in Phases i.e. Height Bar, Identification of candidates, Physical measurement, Screening of original testimonials, Physical Efficiency Test, Written examination, practical test and Medical Examination.

There is no mention of the syllabus specifically.

As we all know that physiotherapist graduation is about 4 years 6 months course, equivalent to nursing, so why the post of physiotherapist is so low as Assistant sub inspector, it must be more than Sub inspector or inspector rank according to the qualities and belongs from different specialization. Even the physiotherapist deals with patient, a physiotherapist can cure a patient like spondylitis , arthritis, back pain, and all the musculoskeletal disorders without medicine only therapy such as exercise therapy, mobilization, manipulation etc. So why every time physiotherapist is suffering from such an injustice law made by Indian Government.
I am a physiotherapist dealing all the patient but still i didnt get that dignity. So I request our government to look after this profession, as its very necessary ,
