RECRUITMENT FOR THE POST OF CONSTABLE( TECHNICAL & TRADESMEN) (MALE/FEMALE) -2012 IN CENTRAL RESERVE POLICE FORCE

Applications are invited from Male and Female Indian citizens who are ordinarily resident in Maharashtra, Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Tamilnadu and Kerala for filling up the vacancies of Constables (Trade & Technical) in CRPF. State-wise vacancies released/notified are as under;

Education Qualification : Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized Board / University.

Technical Qualification :
i) For post of Constable(Fitter), candidates must have passed Motor Vehicle Fitter Course (Automobiles)/Motor Mechanic Course from ITI or any other recognized institutions and should have one year experience. However, wards of CRPF personnel who have undergone training in ITIs run by CRPF are exempted from one year practical experience.
ii) For post of CT(Driver), candidates should possess “Transport Vehicle” driving licence and pass the driving test at the time of recruitment. DRIVING LICENCES POSSESSED BY THE CANDIDATES SHOULD BE IN CONFORMITY WITH THE PROVISIONS OF MOTOR VEHICLES ACT, 1988.
iii) For post of CT(Bugler/ Tailor/ Cobler/ Carpenter/Gardener/ Painter/ Pipe Band/ Brass Band/ Cook/ Water Carrier/Safai Karmachari / Barber/ Washerman/Woman & Hair Dresser), candidates should be having good working knowledge of trade in which he/she wishes to be enlisted.
iv) Candidates should qualify trade test at the time of recruitment process.

Physical Standards :
HEIGHT For Male candidates - 170 Cms.
For Female Candidates - 157 Cms

Fee : Application fee of Rs. 50/- (Rupees fifty only) by means of crossed IPO/Demand Draft/ Banker's Cheque drawn in favour of the Deputy Inspector General of Police of concerned application receiving centre,

SELECTION PROCESS : Candidates whose applications are accepted will be issued call letters by the Application Receiving Centres intimating place and date on which they are required to appear for the recruitment process. Stage-I of recruitment process will be different for posts of Constable (Driver & Fitter) from that of all other posts. However, remaining process/Stage will be same for all posts.

STAGE –IV : MEDICAL EXAMINATION
STAGE-V : FINAL SELECTION

ii) Application forms duly completed in all respects and after affixing latest passport size photographs be sent to the authorities, as mentioned below, located within the State of domicile of the candidate so as to reach there on or before 1700 hrs on 26/11/2012. It should be superscribed on the envelope that “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF CONSTABLE (TECH & TRADE) IN CRPF – 2012”.
