Plant Engineer Recruitment :
DMICDC Ltd. invites application for Plant Engineer.

PROJECT OBJECTIVES :
The objectives of the project include:
** Demonstrating the implementation of an integrated solar and smart grid project;
** Encourage the use of sustainable, carbon neutral and efficient energy mechanisms;
** Wide dissemination of the technology and its performance in India.

The project would not only produce green power but also save on carbon dioxide emissions by reducing diesel consumption while incorporating cutting edge technology from Japan. The success of the project is also expected to promote the manufacture of solar panels and other equipment facilities in India.

JOB DESCRIPTION :
The job requires supervision of 6MW Solar Power Plant (5MW Solar Power Plant and 1MW Microgrid Solar Power Plant) located at Neemrana, Distt.-Alwar, Rajasthan for developing a standard long term operation and maintenance plan for sustainable running of the solar plant.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
** Provide technical direction & support to O&M teams during plant in operation.
** Develop a standard long term operation and maintenance plan for sustainable running of the solar plant.
** Performance monitoring of the solar plant.
** Review everyday checklists for compliance.
** Daily inspection of complete solar plant.
** Send everyday generation report & other plant related reports, issues to head office.
** Responsible for project management and monitoring of O&M of the plant as per project execution plan.
** Co-ordinate with EPC Contractor/Execution Agencies for smooth O&M of work at site.
** Joint inspection of material receipts at site and certify the same.
** Verify and certify running bills raised by EPC Contractor/Execution Agencies as per actual.
** Implementation of the industrial standards, quality, Health & Safety Norms (HSE Guidelines).
** Review of project planning, scheduling and monthly progress reports.
** Conduct daily/weekly/monthly meeting at site with EPC Contractor/Execution Agencies to monitor O&M, progress & submission of site progress report to HO, i.e. overall site work monitoring.
** Co-ordinate/liaison with Government/local authorities as per requirement.
** Responsible for execution of work as per Quality Control plan and Safety Plan and maintain safety standards for solar power plant.
** Coordinate with civil engineers, mechanical/ Electrical engineers of Contractors to ensure project is delivered as per technical specification and compliance.
** Responsible for verifying quality of electrical equipment like PV module, invertor, transformer, HT/LT Panels, cables/conductors, Balance of plant equipment etc.
** Verify compliance of solar panels, inverters and balance of system equipment with applicable specifications and accredited testing lab reports.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :
1. Nationality: Candidate from Indian nationality only.
2. Preferable Age: Candidate shall be below 35 years of age; person must be in good health.
3. Academic Qualification: Should have professional qualification of B.E. or B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering.
4. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Operation & Maintenance in 5MW or above Solar Power Plant.
5. The candidate should have not been convicted in court of law in India or abroad.

DESIGNATION, REPORTING & JOB LOCATION :
The designation shall be “Plant Engineer” and the reporting will be to the CEO & Managing Director and Senior Officer, DMICDC Neemrana Solar Power Company Ltd. The job location will be at Neemrana, Distt.-Alwar, Rajasthan.

NUMBER OF VACANCIES : One (01) position only.
NUMBER OF WORKING DAYS : 6 days per week.

SELECTION PROCESS :
** The qualified incumbents may be taken on contract basis. In case of contractual engagement the initial term shall be of one year which would be renewed further at the discretion of the management.
