Clean & Clear Freshpanti Contest 2014 :
** This contest namely “Clean & Clear® Freshpanti” (‘Contest’) is sponsored by Johnson & Johnson Limited (the ‘Sponsor’) and organized by Big Magic Ltd. (“Organizer”).
** Registration for Participants for participation in the Contest is open from August 19, 2014 to October 18, 2014
** The Contest will provide the Participants a platform to compete and showcase their talent in singing, dancing, comedy and mimicry acts etc.

The highlights of the Contest will be as below :
** The main highlight of the Contest will be “Creating a unique platform for teenage girls to step out with confidence and express themselves through “FRESHPANTI”.
** Every girl deserves to be valued for who she really is
** Teenagers want to be accepted for who they are and not have the fear of being judged while figuring out who they are.
** An opportunity for young talent to express themselves as who they are and bring out their confidence, craziness and fun element through fresh ideas.

** The Contest shall be conducted in the 13 cities of UP, namely, Kanpur, Lucknow, Agra, Varanasi, Meerut, Allahabad, Ghaziabad, Bareilly, Aligarh, Moradabad, Gorakhpur, Dehradun and Jhansi. This contest provides the participants a platform to participate in competition and win the title of “Clean & Clear See The Real Me”.
** The winner of the Grand Finale shall be decided by the Organizer and the decision of the Organizer would be final in this regard.
** The winner of the Grand Finale will get an opportunity to feature in a supporting role in the serial ‘Uff!! Yeh Nadaniyan’ broadcast on the channel Big Magic. The details of the role will be decided as per the discretion of the channel.
** The prize for the contest is not transferable; no prize substitutions or cash alternatives will be allowed.

The Contest will consist of the following levels :
The Contest is open to all the Students (16 years of age) currently enrolled in the 80 colleges as mentioned in Annexure A across 13 cities of Uttar Pradesh (‘Participants’).

College Level :
Clean & Clear …Introduction Round :
** Contestants will be introducing themselves and brand questions related to “See The Real Me” will be included.
** For example- Tell us something unique about yourself which people would like to know?

Clean & Clear ….Talent Mei Freshpanti:
In this round Participants will be asked to showcase their talent.

For example:
** Gaane Mein Freshpanti - Sing folk songs with some freshness / fusion / duet / new age lyrics etc.
** Hasane Mein Freshpanti - No stale joke, no mundane mimic. Bring in some freshness/your own unique characters / stand ups / physical comedy / parody etc.

Clean & Clear Bakat Bakat Mein Freshpanti:
In this round Participants will be asked questions and the questions will be time bound

For example:
** Give Clear opinion on the given topic, make it interesting with your own style and facts, euphoria or emotional connect.
** Questions can be brand related and/or related to Women Rights, Social Media advantages & disadvantages.

City Level:
** Winners from the 80 colleges will compete against each other to win the city title “Clean and Clear Freshpanti City Finale Winner”.
** In this level the Participants will have rounds similar to College Level Wild Card Entry Contest Selection
** There will also be a wild card entry at the city level for each city, who will be promoted digitally on Facebook.
** The Organizer will click a picture of Tanya (a character) from the serial Uff!! Yeh Nadaniyaan and will publicize the look as Tanya’s fresh pose what is Your’s? Participants interested in participating in the Wild Card Entry contest will send their Fresh Pose Picture. One winner will stand the chance to directly enter into the City Finale Round.

Grand Finale:
The winners of all the 13 cities will be competing against each other for the Grand Finale.

The Grand Finale will have the following rounds:
Clean & Clear …See The Real Me
** Grand Finale – 1 winner from each city will compete against each other.
** Winner – Gets to act in BIG MAGIC show Uff!! Yeh Nadaniyaan with Tanya
** This round will have the following tasks
** Introduction – The Contestants will be introducing themselves and brand questions related to “See The Real Me” will be asked

For example:
** Tell us something unique about yourself which people would want to know
** Clean & Clear… Confidence Meter - Contestant will be given challenges to perform.

For example:
** How would you convince someone in the audience to go on a date with you?
** Clean & Clear… Q & A round- Participants will ask the celebrity judges a question.

Answers will be rated on basis of being interesting / witty, uniqueness and their confidence in asking celebrity judges a question

The Grand Finale:
** The Grand Finale will be held at Kanpur. The Venue will be informed to the finalist 4 (four) days prior to the Grand Finale via emails and/or telephone calls. The location and venue may change at the sole discretion of the Organizer without any prior intimation.
** The finalists shall be responsible for their own accommodation for the Grand Finale. However, the Organizer at its sole discretion may provide accommodation to the finalists for the Grand Finale.
** The finalists will be invited to perform on stage their final act.
** Basis on the judging parameters the judges will announce one winner of the Grand Finale
** The winner will get a chance to feature in a supporting role in the serial ‘Uff !! Yeh Nadaniyan’ broadcast on the channel Big Magic of the Organizer, subject to Clause 28. The details of the role will be decided as per the discretion of the channel.

Audience Polling:
Once the 13 winners from all 13 cities have been selected, the Organizer will post their pictures on Facebook. The Organizer will ask people to vote for their favourite Contestant. On the Grand Finale night the audience choice winner prize will be awarded by the Sponsor/Organizer.

Eligibility criteria:
Fill the registration form at the registration/ audition venues indicated by the Organizer Registration forms can be collected from the registration venues indicated by the Organizer.

Following documents will have to be submitted along with a filled copy of the registration form at the venue itself:
** Duly filled registration form with a recent passport size photograph
** ID proof containing date of birth and permanent address. Participants should be 18 years of age on the date of the contest.

** The Participant has to “enact mimicry or perform standup comedy or sing” at the venue decided and indicated by the Organizer as per the directions given by the Organizer.
** A Participant can register from more than one city, however the fact that the contestant has already participated in the contest will have to be disclosed by the contestant at the time of registration, failing which the Organizer shall forthwith disqualify the Participant and no communication in this regard will be entertained.
** Incomplete registration forms and late entries will not be considered for the City level Auditions and the Participant shall be immediately disqualified.
