BHEL, Bhopal invites applications for its well-equipped 300 bedded Kasturba Hospital from Para- Medical Staff of Indian origin for the following posts on purely Fixed Tenure Appointment basis. Preference will be given to the residents of M.P. State.

Qualifications & Experience:
1. Certificate/Diploma/Nursing Degree with minimum 60% marks in the aggregate of all subjects/semesters put together (55% marks for candidates belonging to SC/ST categories).
2. The qualifying Degree/Diploma/Certificate should be recognized by the State Paramedical Council and Nursing Council of India/ State Nursing Council respective to the post they are applying for and the individual should have valid Registration with the respective Council at the time of applying.
3. Higher/Additional Qualification is desirable.
4. Candidate should have minimum of 01 year relevant post qualification experience as on 01.09.2014. Post-qualification experience should be in a large Hospital/ Organisation of repute.

Selection Process :
If the number of eligible applicants for a post is in the ratio of upto 1:10 to the number of posts, only personal interview shall be conducted.
If the number of eligible applicants for a post is in excess of the ratio of 1:10 to the number of posts, then eligible candidates will be shortlisted based on the aggregate percentage of marks obtained in all years in respective degree/diploma/certificate examination in the ratio of 1:10 to the number of posts. Personal Interview will be conducted for the shortlisted candidates.
Final selection will be based only on the marks obtained in the Personal Interview.
Selection list will be drawn based on the order of merit as per the reservation guidelines.
Candidates invited for personal interview will be paid to and fro Second Class Sleeper train fare/equivalent fare from the mailing address to Bhopal on production of proof of journey.
