i) Application form may be obtained from the office of the Assistant Registrar (Estt.) on cash payment of Rs. 200/- (Rs. 50/- for SC/ST, Rs. 25/- for SC/ST women and Rs. 100/- for other women candidates) and by post on payment of Rs. 250/- (Rs. 100/- for SC/ST candidates) through Demand Draft in favour of Registrar, Deenbandhu Chhotu Ram University of Science & Technology, Murthal (Sonepat) payable at SBI, Sonepat. Request for application form through registered post will be entertained up to 19.09.2014 only.

ii) The application form can also be downloaded from the university website. The downloaded form must accompany Demand Draft of requisite amount of fee in favour of Registrar, Deenbandhu Chhotu Ram University of Science & Technology, Murthal (Sonepat) payable at SBI, Sonepat.
