The Senior Project Engineers and Project Engineers are expected to work in tandem with other UREDA officials and facilitate UREDA in achieving energy savings along with smooth and timely completion of other UREDA activities pertaining to promotion of efficient use of energy and its conservation.

1 Name of the post : Senior Project Engineer

Essential:
i. Maximum age limit of the candidate should be 45 years as on 31.07.2014
ii. AICTE / Govt. approved Bachelor Degree in Engineering with minimum of 60% marks or equivalent grade in the engineering degree examination.
iii. 2 years full time M.Tech with specialization in Energy Systems/Renewable Energy or MBA/PGDBM/PGDBA with specialization in Power/Energy Management.
Desirable:
i. Minimum 3 years post qualification experience in energy efficiency/energy conservation/energy auditing as on date of publication of this recruitment notice.
ii. BEE certified Energy Auditor/ Energy Manager.

2 Name of the post : Project Engineer

Essential:
i. Maximum age limit of the candidate should be 35 years as on 31.07.2014
ii. AICTE / Govt. approved Bachelor Degree in Engineering with minimum of 60% marks or equivalent grade in the engineering degree examination.
Desirable:
i. 2 years full time M.Tech with specialization in Energy Systems/Renewable Energy or MBA/PGDBM/PGDBA with specialization in Power/Energy Management
ii. Minimum 2 years post qualification experience in energy efficiency/energy conservation/energy auditing as on date of publication of this recruitment notice.

ii) Recruitment will be purely on contract basis and initial contract would be for a period of 1 (one) year. The contract may be renewed on an annual basis till a maximum period up to 31st March, 2017. The interested applicants may forward their curriculum on the prescribed application form along with 2 passport size photographs and attested copies of certificates/mark sheets, giving complete details of their qualifications and experience with two references, till 20 September, 2014 up to 5.00 PM to Uttarakhand Renewable Energy Development Agency (UREDA).
