Applications are invited only from the retired Paramedical employees from Central Govt./State Govt/ESI Corporation/Quasi Govt./ Municipal Body/Defence for the under mentioned specialties on contract basis for a period of one year or till regular incumbent joins, whichever is earlier, at ESIC Model Hospital, Bari Brahmana, Jammu as per the following details

1 Name of the post : Pharmacist (Allopathic)

Qualification :
(i) Degree in pharmacy/ Sr. Secondary with diploma in pharmacy from a recognized institution.
(ii) Registered as pharmacist under Pharmacy Act, 1948.

2 Name of the post : Staff Nurse
No. of post : 6
Qualification :
(i) Diploma in General Nursing and Midwife or equivalent qualification for male nurse.
(ii) Registered nurse with Nursing council of India/state.

3 Name of the post : ANM

Qualification :
(i) Senior secondary
(ii) Diploma in Auxiliary Nursing or Midwifery from Central/State Govt./AICTE recognized institution and registered as Auxiliary Nurse.

4 Name of the post : Lab Technician

Qualification : Senior secondary/10+2 or equivalent qualification with diploma in MLT from any Institute recognized by the AICTE or any other statutory body authorized by Govt. for the purpose.

5 Name of the post : Lab Asstt.

Qualification : Senior secondary /10+2 or equivalent qualification with Diploma in MLT from an institute recognized by the AICTE.

6 Name of the post : Cook

Qualification : Matriculation or equivalent from recognized Board with two year experience in cooking of Indian food.

7 Name of the post : Dresser

Qualification :
(i) Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized Board.
(ii) Two year experience in application of plasters in an orthopedic unit of a registered/ recognized Hospital.

8 Name of the post : Nursing Orderly

Qualification :
(i) Matriculation or equivalent from recognized Board.
(ii) Elementary knowledge of Ist Aid one year experience in handling and dressing wounds in Govt. Hospital.

Age : Candidate must be below the age of 64yrs as on 31/08/2014

Emolument : Fix remuneration of Rs 15000/- per month, subject to the condition that pension plus remuneration should not exceed the last pay including DA drawn by the official at the time of retirement. Conveyance may be reimbursed according to their entitlement prior to their retirement subject to the maximum of Rs 2000/- per month.

The candidates are advised to attend the interview at ESIC Model Hospital, Bari Brahmana, Jammu with the documents, in original, one attested copy of each along with application fee for Rs.125 /- by way of Demand Draft of any nationalized bank drawn in favour of “ESI Fund A/C No 1” payable at SBI, Bari Brahmana, Jammu. No fee for SC/ST/PWD and female candidates.
