Annai Teresa Ninaivu Orphan Girls Marriage Assistance Scheme :
The Annai Teresa Ninaivu Orphan Girls Marriage Assistance Scheme is being implemented by the Tamil Nadu Government to improve the educational status of the poor orphan girls. The assistance is given to girls who have completed 10th Standard, +2, Diploma or Degree.

Objectives of the Schemes :
To financially help the orphan girls at the time of their marriage.

Assistance Provided & Educational Oualification :
** Cheque of Rs. 25,000/-, and gold coin of 4 grams. (Education qualification not required.)
** Cheque of Rs. 50000/-, and gold coin of 4 grams. (The bride should have passed Degree/ Diploma, at the time of marriage.)

Income Limit :
Guardian's income should not exceed Rs.24,000/- per annum.

Age Limit :
Should have completed 18 years at the time of marriage.

Time Limit For Sending The Application :
Application should be receivd at least one day prior to the marriage.

How To Avail : (Officers to be contacted)
1. District social Welfare Officer, at District Level
2. Extention Officer (SW) at Block Level.

Certificate To Be Enclosed With Application :
1. Certificate showing that the applicant is a total Orphan
2. Guardian's Income Certificate
3. Community Certificate 4. Age Certificate of the Applicant
5. Marriage Invitation
6. Passport Size Photo
7. Ration Card Photo Copy

Probable time limit for processing applications :
Within 15 days from the date of receipt of the application.

Belated Applications :
Applications received on or after the date of marriage will not be entertained
