Age as on 01st April 2014 : Between 21 and 30 years
Sports Qualifications: Should have represented the Country in international events and should be representing the country of present or should have won "Arjuna Award".

Educational Qualification: At least Bachelor's Degree in any Discipline. The Bachelor's Degree should be from any recognized University. Also, should have computer literacy.
