Applications are invited online from eligible candidates who fulfill eligibility criteria on the date of publication of this Advertisement for preparation of Select list and Wait List for the posts of Hardware Engineer to be filled in on the Appellate Side Establishment of the High Court at Bombay.

1 Name of the post : Hardware Engineer
Number of posts : Select List of 1 candidate and Wait List of 1 Candidate.
Pay Band : Rs.9300-34800 plus Grade Pay Rs.4400/and other allowances as admissible under the rules.
Eligibility:The candidate must :
(i) not be less than 25 years and more than 35 years of age on the date of publication of this advertisement. The maximum age limit shall not be applicable to the High Court/Government Employees. Further, the upper age limit shall be relaxed by five years in case of candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes or Other Backward Classes or Special Backward Class specified for the time being by the Government of Maharashtra and Goa.
(ii) possess B.E. or equivalent degree in Computer Science or related subject in first division with 3 years working experience in the related field. Should have exposure to hardware maintenance of Computers, Printers etc. should have knowledge of Server Administration, Network Administration, Leased Lines.

2 Name of the post : Software Programmer
Number of posts : Select List of 2 candidates and Wait List of 2 Candidates.
Pay Band : Rs.930034800 plus Grade Pay Rs.4300/and other allowances as admissible under the rules.
Eligibility:The candidate must :
(i) not be less than 21 years and more than 35 years of age on the date of publication of this advertisement. The maximum age limit shall not be applicable to the High Court/Government Employees. Further, the upper age limit shall be relaxed by five years in case of candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes or Other Backward Classes or Special Backward Class specified for the time being by the Government of Maharashtra and Goa. The upper age limit prescribed for recruitment is relaxed upto 45 years in case of physically handicapped persons in view of Government Resolution No. SRV 1077/3576/ 1433/XVIA dated 23.05.1978, if they are otherwise suitable and have the necessary capacity to perform the duties of the posts.
(ii) possess University Degree in Computer Science/ Applications/ Computer Management or equivalent degree with 2 years working experience of actual programming. Should have exposure to Linux/Unix Operating System, Object Oriented Programming, popular RDBMS. Preference would be given to programmers having exposure to web enabled applications using tools like PHP/Perl/Mysql etc.

Fee: The fees in the sum of Rs.100/- should be paid only in the form of Postal Order issued in favour of “Registrar(Personnel), High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay”, payable at par at Bombay
