TAHDCO Tamil Nadu Adi Dravidar Housing and Development Corporation Limited (TAHDCO) was incorporated in 1974 under the Companies Act, 1956 with a objective to improve socio economic status in Tamilnadu.

Applying For SEPY Setting Up Clinic scheme :
How to select District and Scheme :
** Select the district from ‘District Name’ drop down
** Select the scheme from ‘Scheme Name’ drop down
** Clicking on ‘Go To Fill Your Application’ button will redirect you to the relevant application form what you select under ‘Scheme Name’

How to fill the General Application Form :
** You can enter all your data in Tamil by clicking on ‘Tamil’ button. By default, the data will be entered in English language
** Enter the Applicant’s Name
** Click on ‘Father/Husband’ radio button and Enter the Applicant Father’s/Husband’s name
** Click on ‘Corporation/Municipality/Town Panchayat/Block’ radio button and Select the applicant location from the drop down. Enter the applicant’s Ward No.
** Enter the house door no and street name of applicant
** Enter the ‘Village’ name of applicant
** Enter the pincode number of applicant
** Enter the Telephone No of applicant
** Enter the Mobile No of applicant
** Enter the Voter ID of applicant
** Enter the EB No of applicant
** Enter the Email ID of applicant
** Select the Applicant’s Date of Birth by clicking on the Date picker
** Age will automatically calculate from the Date of Birth
** Select the Applicant’s sex from the drop down
** Select the Applicant’s religion from the drop down
** Select the Applicant’s Caste from the drop down
** Select the Applicant’s Sub caste from the drop down
** Select the check box and give details, if the applicant is differently abled. And select percentage also.
** Enter the Family Annual Income of applicant
** Enter the Family Card No of applicant
** Enter the applicant’s present occupation
** Enter the applicant’s higher educational qualification
** Click on ‘Yes/No’ radio button to mention if the applicant/family member has availed any assistance from TAHDCO or not.
** Click on ‘Yes/No’ radio button to mention if the applicant is a member in SHG/any other department or not.
** Click “Upload” button to upload the applicant’s photo.

How to fill the SEPY – Setting up Clinic form :
** Enter the name of trade applied for by the applicant
** Enter the applicant’s address line 1
** Enter the applicant’s address line 2
** Enter the applicant’s city
** Enter the pincode of an applicant
** Enter the project cost
** Enter the cost of land, building and raw materials for the project
** Enter the cost of machinery need for the project
** Enter the miscellaneous expenditure for the project
** Enter the working capital need for the project
** Total amount will be calculated automatically
** Enter the promoter’s contribution
** TAHDCO Subsidy will be displayed automatically
** Bank Loan will be calculated and displayed automatically as per the promoter’s contribution
** Total amount will be calculated automatically
** Select the bank from ‘Name of the Bank’ drop down
** Select the branch from ‘Branch Name’ drop down
** Enter the Family Card No/ Native Certificate No of the applicant with issued date
** Enter the community Certificate No of the applicant with issued date
** Enter the annual family income certificate No of an applicant with issued date
** Enter the applicant’s Indian Medical Council registration Certificate details with date
** Select the project report date from the date picker
** Enter the Quotations with Name and TIN No of an applicant with issued date
** Read declaration and enter the same letters you see in green box.
** After these, you have to verify all the details you entered in above form and press submit button.
** Finally, you will be redirected to acknowledgement page with your acknowledgement no.
