Applications are invited for the following categories of posts in the office of District Legal Services Authority, Hisar

(i) Name of the post : Peon
No. of post : (2 General) (on regular basis)
Pay Band : Rs.4440-7440+1300 Grade Pay
Qualification : Middle standard examination and possessing knowledge of Hindi.
Minimum Age : 18 years
Maximum Age : 40 years

(ii) Name of the post : Steno-typist, PLA (PUS)
No. of post : (1 General) (for a period of six months or till regular appointment is made)
Pay Band : At the rates fixed by the Deputy Commissioner.
Qualification :
(i) Possess a degree of Bachelor of Arts/ Bachelor of Science or equivalent thereto from a recognized University.
(ii) Pass prescribed test at a speed of 80 w.p.m. in English Shorthand and 20 w.p.m. in transcription of the same and have proficiency in operation of Computers (Word Processing and Spreadsheets).
Age as on last date 07.08.2014 : Not less than 18 years and not more than 40 years

(iii) Name of the post : Steno-typist,Ahlmad (PLA PUS)
No. of post : (1 General) (for a period of six months or till regular appointment is made)
Pay Band : At the rates fixed by the Deputy Commissioner.
Qualification : Possess a degree of Bachelor of Arts/ Bachelor of Science or equivalent thereto from a recognized University and have proficiency in operation of Computers (Word Processing and Spreadsheets)
Age as on last date 07.08.2014 : Not less than 18 years and not more than 40 years

Fee(Peons) :
General Category : Rs.100/- (Male); Rs. 50/- (Female)
Note:
(1) The amount of fee may be made in shape of bank draft in favour of the concerned Chief Judicial Magistrate-cum- Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Hisar.
(2) The number of vacancies may be increased or decreased & consequently reservation may vary without any notice.
(3) The selected candidate can be appointed anywhere in the State of Haryana including Chandigarh.

How to Apply :
i) The candidate shall submit application on plain paper, duly affixed with his/her latest one photograph on its top, containing details particulars i.e. name, father's/husband's name, date of birth, sex, educational qualifications, category, if any, permanent and postal address and experience, if any, alongwith attested copies of relevant certificates besides two self addressed properly postal stamped envelopes, should reach this office either by registered post or by hand, well before the closing date i.e. 07.08.2014 upto 5.00 p.m.

ii) The prescribed fee payable in the shape of crossed demand draft to be paid by the candidates, who apply for the post of Peon (on regular basis) only to be enclosed with the application.
