Vetanika :
Vetanika (Vetan Nirikshan Karayalay) Pay Verification Office verifies pay fixations of all Government employees done by Head of Offices. As Pension is not authorized by Accountant General unless it is verified by Accounts Officer of Pay Verification and Heads of Offices makes mistake in pay fixation resulting overpayment. As Recovery Pointed Out uptill now is Rs.22 Cr (21,85,32,976).

Pain Areas were Status not known without visit or phone to Unit, Employee is not knowing the fact whether service book is pending with his office or PV Unit, Reason not known why service book is pending, Unit officers do not follow FIFO.

Stake holders are Employees : 7 Lakhs,

Heads of Offices : 12 K, Pay

Verification Units : 7, Directorate of Accounts & Treasuries, Finance Department (Seva).

It gives search with token no, Status of Service book objected, Search with service book ID, Status of Service book cleared. The Pay Verification Unit Verifies Employees Pay fixed by Offices after revision of pay scales.

Employees and Offices (DDOs) know the status of Service Book in Pay verification Unit by visiting the above given website.

My service book no.707000660 send for verification at pay verification unit dated 26/11/2019.
Sir,i am sending many email about my service book verification but not a single reply received.
After 8 months of my Retriment i have not received pension as well as Retriment benefits. Since there was no verification of my service book.
However,the service book is requested to be verified early

Hi,
I am Dr. Naresh Dharmarai Balani, Professor(Pharmacology),retired on 31.07.2020 from Govt. Medical college, Akola. My Sewarth ID is DMENDBM5601. My sercice book has been sent to "Lekha adhikari" pay verification unit, Amravati for Pay verification- on 02.12.2020 which is pending as on 20.01.2020. Earlier it was sent on 13.08.2020 which was returned with "objected" remarks. My office GMC Akola, clarified objection points and resubmitted it 0n 02.12.2020. Requirred GR copies were also provided.
Pension remain unfixed, Retirement benefits remain Pending. Kindly help me as I am 64 yrs old suffering from illnesses and receiving treatment at Nagpur (hometown) for Hypertension, Dysthimia, Anxiety, IBS, Low Backache - hence unable to visit Amravati,Akola/elsewhere,
particlarly in this risky period of covid-19 pandemic.
