I was issued a SBI gift card in 2015 amounting to Rs.12000/- by my office (HUDCO, A Govt. of India Undertaking) on some occasion from SBI,Gokulpuri Branch, New Delhi. I could not able to redeem that card due to showing "Invalid" when the transaction was made. I gave back the card to my Administration Department to issue me a new card but unfortunately the person issued the card was transferred from the wing and it was delayed in further process.

I, personally visited in Gokulpuri Branch but no action has been taken till date.

I am unable to register my mobile number in my gift card.

I am not able to withdraw money from my SBI gift card. The ATM machine says wrong pin number, but I have been previously drawing money from the card without any issues. The card initially contained about 17,500 rupees and now there is almost 7000 Rs. The card is set to expire on 2019. Kindly resolve this issue.
