The applications in the prescribed format are invited by the Principal District & Sessions Judge, South Goa, Margao, for filing up the following posts, purely on a Temporary basis and Daily wages in the District & Subordinate Courts in the South Goa District.

1. Name of the post : Junior Stenographer
No. of post : 13
Essential:
a) Matriculation or equivalent qualification.
b) Speed of 100 words per minute in Shorthand in English.
c) English typing at 35 words per minute correspond to 10500 key depression Per Hour on an average of 5 KD for each word, on Computer.
d) Knowledge of Konkani.
Desirable: Knowledge of Marathi.
Pay Scale : PB-1 `.5200-20200+ G.P. of `.2400/-

2. Name of the post : Lower Division Clerk

Essential:
a) Matriculation or equivalent qualification.
b) English typing at 30 words per minute correspond to 9000 key depression per Hour on an average of 5 KD for each word on Computer.
c) Knowledge of Konkani.
Desirable:
a) Knowledge of Marathi.
b) Preliminary training in Word Processing and Data Entry.
Pay Scale : PB-1 `.5200-20200+ G.P. of `.1900/-

3. Name of the post : Clerk-cum-Typist on daily wages General

Essential:
a) Matriculation or equivalent qualification.
b) English typing at 30 words per minute correspond to 9000 key depression per Hour on an average of 5 KD for each word on Computer.
c) Knowledge of Konkani.
Desirable:
a) Knowledge of Marathi.
b) Preliminary training in Word Processing and Data Entry.
Pay Scale : `.297/- per day

4. Name of the post : Peon

Essential:
a) Middle class orequivalent qualification preferably with English.
b) Knowledge of Konkani.
Desirable: Knowledge of Marathi.
Pay Scale : `.4440-7440+ G.P. of `.1300/-

Age: Not exceeding 42 years

ii) The application alongwith the copies of the Certificates in respect of the caste, 15 years residence in Goa, all issued by the Competent Authorities, Educational Qualifications, Birth and valid Employment Exchange Card duly self-attested with the wordings that “The Certificate is a true copy of the original” shall be submitted in the Office of the
