Walk-in-Interview for empanelment of teachers (PGTs and TGTs) purely on contract basis for the current academic year 2014-15

Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti, Regional Office, Chandigarh is conducting walk-in-interview w.e.f. 3rd – 5th July, 2014 at four different centres for empanelment (only empanelment) of teachers (PGTs & TGTs) purely on contractual basis for the JNVs located in the remote areas of J&K, Punjab and HP states for the current academic year 2014-15. Candidates who are eligible as per the eligibility criteria may refer to our website www.nvsrochd.gov.in for further details and appear straightway before the interview board at the venue on the given date & time alongwith their bio-data form in prescribed format to be downloaded from the website. They will also bring original documents and one set of attested copies of their certificates for interview. The schedule of interview, subject wise and post wise is given as under :-

Consolidated remuneration per month:
1. for PGTs – (normal station $27,500/- pm, hard station $32,500/- pm)
2. PGT(Food Production & Beverages) - $18,000/-
3. for TGTs – (normal station $. 26,250/-, hard station $31,250/- pm) and
4. FCSA- $.20,000/-.

For eligibility criteria, prescribed bio-data form and other relevant details please visit Regional Office, Chandigarh website i.e. www.nvsrochd.gov.in. Selected candidates will be given offer of appointment against the available vacancies in the month of August, 2014 onwards and their services will be purely on contractual basis and can be dispensed with any at time without assigning any reason thereof or till the regular incumbent joins whichever is earlier. The teachers already working on contract basis will also have to attend the interview and in case they fail to do so, they will not be considered for empanelled and will not be entitled to continue. Walk in interview is being conducted merely for empanelment of teachers for the academic session 2014-15 and does not bestow any right on anybody for engaging him/her/them on contract.
