In continuation of Result Notice (Part-I) vide office order No. 325 dt. 29/04/2014 and on the basis of examination held on 09/06/2013 and eligibility regarding educational qualification, age etc. as per Advertisement No. 01/13 and RRs for the post of Staff Nurse (Post Code No. 20/13), and further clarification regarding qualification provided by the H&FW Deptt., Govt of NCT of Delhi, the following candidates are provisionally selected and recommended for appointment to the post of Staff Nurse (Post code 20/13) in H&FW Deptt., Govt of NCT of Delhi. The verification & collection of documents were carried out by the staff deployed from the User Deptt i.e. H&FW Deptt and thereafter the collection of documents were carried out by the staff of DSSSB at Board’s office on 22/05/2014 & 23/05/2014 for the pending, absentee, OBC(D), EXSM and OH(OL) candidates.

At this stage, the result of those candidates who comes in the merit and fulfil all the eligibility criteria for the provisional selection, are hereby declared and a final list will be declared later on after the result of all eligible candidates are declared. The Board is declaring the part-II result of 415 candidates in UR, 84 candidates in OBC (D), and 03 candidates in SC(D) from the merit list in various categories who have fulfilled all the criteria for the post.

The provisional selection of the above 502 Candidates (UR-415, OBC-84, SC-03) shall further be subject to fulfilment of all the eligibility conditions as prescribed by the statutory RRs and terms and conditions of advertisement as indicated in the advertisement inviting applications and subject to thorough verification of their identity with reference to their photographs, signatures/ handwriting etc. on the application form, admission certificate etc.

The User Department shall also check the claims of age relaxations on account of experience and verify the certificates produced by them and decide on such relaxation as per various clarifications issued by the H&FW Department. The Health & Family Welfare Deptt., GNCTD vide letter No. F. No. 8/102/TRC/H&FW/2009/14758 dated 11.06.2014 has clarified with regard to essential qualifications required for the post of Staff Nurse, however, being a technical post, the User Department is required to clearly verify the required prescribed educational qualifications for being in accordance with the RRs & the subsequent clarification provided by the H&FW department & only after their due satisfaction to issue the appointment letters. If any, essential qualification is not as per the provisions of the RRs, the candidature of the candidates are liable to be cancelled by the User Department. The Competent Authority of the department concerned shall issue the appointment letter to the candidate after satisfying themselves of their eligibility as laid down in the recruitment rules and on verification of the correctness of the information/documents/caste certificate furnished in the application forms.

Further, the recognition of the universities/institutes from where the degrees/diplomas/certificates have been submitted by the candidates should also be verified by the User Department. Mere inclusion of name in the result notice does not confer any right upon the candidates over the post.

The User department shall also get the SC/ST/OBC certificates verified from the issuing authority before his/her appointment. Further, in case of the OBC candidates, it may also be verified that the candidate does not belongs to creamy layer of the schedule of Govt. Of India, DOPT O.M. No. 36012/22/93-Estt.(SCT) dated 08.09.1993 O.M. No. 36033/3/2004-Estt. (Res) dated 09.03.2004 and O.M. No. 36033/3/2004-Estt. (Res) dated 14.08.2008.

Note:
1. All the candidate to please note that it is the part result and the remaining result will be declared very soon. Therefore, till the result of all eligible are declared, the candidates are requested not to make any correspondence with the Board Authorities.

2. Since, it is only a part result, the final merit list will be prepared and notified after declaring full and final result for all eligible candidates.

3. Only result of SC/ST (Delhi) candidates has been declared as the clarification from Law Department/Services Department for SC/ST candidates from other state has not been received. The result of remaining candidates will be declared only after receiving the clarification.

The result has been processed keeping in view the eligibility conditions regarding educational qualifications, caste certificates etc. as on cut-off date i.e. 20.03.2013.

While every care has been taken in preparing the results, the DSSSB reserves the right to rectify errors and omissions, if any.

This issues with the prior approval of the Competent Authority of DSSSB.
