    Position Name: Management Trainee

    Educational Qualification: MKCL invites applications for "Management Trainee" position from potential managers recently passed or appearing for the final year of MBA examination or equivalent post-graduate degree with engineering graduation, preferably in Computer Engineering/IT/ Electronics & Telecommunications with good scholastic background, high mental ability and quantitative aptitude, sound foundations in computing and office automation tools, high degree of involvement, dynamism and customer focus.

    Objectives of the Traineeship Scheme:
    MKCL is looking out for highly motivated candidates to work as Management Trainees to fulfill the following objectives;
    i) To attract talented, enthusiastic, proactive and fresh MBAs from all parts of India.
    ii) To select best among them on purely merit basis through well designed competitive selection process so as to further enrich MKCL’s intellectual resource pool.
    iii) To offer them world-class training and development inputs and learning experiences on live projects.
