Pay : Rs.15600 – 39100 + Grade Pay 5400 and other admissible allowances as per prevalent rules (Total Emolument Approx. Rs. 40,000/-).

Qualification : Candidates must possess
1. The Post Graduate Diploma or Degree of a Statutory University in Peadiatrics or General Surgery or General Medicine or Gynaecology or Anesthesia or Psychiatry or Ophthalmology or Orthopedics or E.N.T. or Radiology or Pathology or Chest & TB physician or Dermatology or in any other Specialty as specified in the First or Second Schedule appended to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956); or
2. The MBBS Degree of a statutory University or any other qualification as specified in the First or Second Schedule appended to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956);
3. The candidates should have completed their internship on or before 1st January, 2013.
4.The candidates having Shudha Ayurved / BAMS qualification should not apply for this post.

Fee :
a. For Open category candidates : Rs.500/- (plus Rs. 25 Bank charges)
b. For Backward Class candidates : Rs.250/- (plus Rs. 25 Bank charges)
c. The fee should be paid through SBI challan mode only.

How to Apply :
i) Online application form is available on http://oasis.mkcl.org/phd2013 from 28/01/2013

ii) Applicants are firstly required to register online, note down the login id and password generated by the system, print the SBI challan for payment of application fee. After making payment of application fee in any branch of SBI, applicant will login and fill rest of the form and take a print-out of duly filled application form and attach an affidavit and attested xerox copies of required documents as mention in application form.

iii) Application form along with original affidavit and necessary documents should be sent on following address so as to reach on or before 16/02/2013

Instructions:
** Applicants are required to register online on the website and print SBI (State Bank of India) challan for making payment of application fee in any branch of SBI. SBI shall charge Rs 25/- only as processing charges apart from the application fee.
** One day after making payment of application fee in the bank candidate will login and complete his / her application form and take a print-out of duly filled application form and attach an affidavit and attested xerox copies of required documents as mention in application form.
