Educational Qualification & Experience: Should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology / Social Sciences / Humanities. Those who have received training in counseling drug users and prior experience of working with drug users are preffered.

1. Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) with six months experience in testing of blood and its components. OR
2. Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) with one year experience in testing of blood and its components.
3. The Degree or Diploma being from a University / Institution recognized by the Central Govt. or State Govt.
