Under the provisions of “The Assam Venture Educational Institutions (Provincialisation of Services) Act. 2011, as amended in 2012”, the following schools have been recommended by the Directorate of Elementary Education for Provincialisation of the services of employees of such schools after verification of particulars of institutions received from the concerning District Level Screening Committee constituted as per the Act.

The Directorate level have verified schools particulars such as DISE Code, documents of land prior to 2006, permission / recognition as per the Act., date of appointment of and entry qualification of employees.

The list of RECOMMENDED SCHOOLS have been shown at Annexure ‘A’.

The list of NON-RECOMMENDED schools by the concerned Directorate have been shown at Annexure ‘B’

In the list of non-recommended schools, against each school / post the ground(s) of non-recommendation is/are reflected. The schools may again prefer an appeal with proper supporting documents within a period of one month w.e.f. 15th March, 2013 to 20th April, 2013, with a fresh Treasury Challan of Rs. 50/- against concerned head of accounts (i.e. 0202-01-101-Ele.Edn. other Administrative services for Elementary Education). They may submit the appeal to the Director, Elementary Education, Assam.

The non-recommended incumbents of the recommended schools in reasons has been shown at Annexure ‘C’.

All schools who have earlier not submitted clear land possession certificate are to submit the same as per format furnished to the concerned DEEOs’ at the time of application of schools for Provincialisation.

The lists are published in pursuance to the Govt. Notification no. ASE.612/2011/70 –A dated 18.2.2013. The institutions have been found eligible in the state level scrutiny.

Facility for lodging Appeal :
Any head of venture educational institution, employee aggrieved may submit application for reexamination citing his grievances in an application to be submitted to the Director of Secondary Education through the concerned head of the institution in a proper format (available in the DSE office and IS offices and can be downloaded from the website www.madhyamik.in) together with a Treasury Chillan of Rs. 50.00 (Fifty) under Head “2202-General Education-02 Secondary Education 001 Direction and Administration 172 Head Quarter Establishment”. Such applications may be submitted from 15th March 2013 to 20 April 2013.
