NOTIFICATION :
** The provisional select list of candidates who have applied for the post of teacher in Provincialised LP and UP Schools under the Directorate of Elementary Education, Assam as per the advertisement made vide this office letter No. EAA/B/145/2012/112 dated 19/11/2012 and verified by the respective District Level Selection Committee is hereby published for information to all along with the breakup of marks, categories, caste etc.

** If any discrepancy is detected, it is to be brought to the notice of the undersigned with proper document on or before 09/04/2013 within the office hours. No application will be received beyond the last date. Final Select list will be published thereafter.

** In the 1st phase the Provisional select list of teachers of 15 (fifteen) districts namely – Lakhimpur, Kamrup (M & R), Karimganj, Golaghat, Goalpara, Dhemaji, Dibrugarh, Darrang, Cachar, Bongaigaon, Morigaon, Nalbari, Nagaon, Tinsukia and Sivasagar are published and the list of remaining districts will be declared shortly. In case of Marigaon District the Total no. of Post is restricted to 284 for LP teachers and UP (A/T) is not considered in the Provisional Select List due to the order of Hon'ble High Court.

** Further, those candidates who are provisionally selected under the category of achievement in Sports, NCC and Fine Arts / Cultural Activities have to present their original certificates at the office of the Director of Elementary Education, Assam for further verification on or before 09/04/2013, failing which their marks on the strength of these categories will not be considered.
