DOCUMENTS TO BE PRODUCED DURING DOCUMENT VERIFICATION:
1) ORIGINAL Matric or equivalent certificate

2) ORIGINAL QUALIFICATION CERTIFICATES:
In case of ITI or Act Apprenticeship - ORIGINAL of the regular National Trade Certificate by NCVT OR ORIGINAL PROVISIONAL National Trade Certificate along with letter from the ITI giving the reason for non issue of regular National Trade Certificate.

3) ORIGINAL of the community (SC/ST/OBC) certificate enclosed along with application. If the original of the community certificate enclosed to the application is not available, A certified true copy from the same issuing authority with seal and signature of the certificate issuing authority may be produced along with a latest community certificate.

4) Latest OBC Certificate in the prescribed format (wherever applicable)
Please note that the community (viz. SC or ST or OBC) should be specifically indicated in the caste certificate in addition to the name of the caste to which the candidate belongs.

5) NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE from Competent Authority in case of serving Railway/Government Employees with full service particulars

6) ORIGINAL Discharge Certificate, Ex-Servicemen Book and Identity card in case of Ex-Servicemen candidates.

7) Candidates who have claimed waiver of examination fee should furnish minority community declaration affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper that he/she belongs to any of the minority community notified by the Central Government.

IN ALL THE DOCUMENTS, CANDIDATE’S AND FATHER’S NAME SHOULD BE AS PER THE ONE APPEARING IN THE MATRIC CERTIFICATE.

8) If there is any variation in candidate’s name or father’s name in the educational certificates, the certificates have to be corrected and properly attested by the concerned authority OR an affidavit to that effect is to be produced.

9) If there is any variation in candidate’s name or father’s name in the Caste Certificate, a fresh certificate in the prescribed format with proper names is to be produced in original along with the one enclosed with the application.

10) One set of photocopy of all the above said certificates applicable to the candidate.

While every care has been taken in preparing the above results, RRB/Bangalore, reserves the right to rectify any inadvertent error or typographical mistake. RRB/Bangalore regrets inability to entertain any correspondence from unsuccessful candidates.

NOTE : Call letters have been sent to individual candidates by speed post. However, if any of the above candidates do not receive their call letter for document verification, they may attend the document verification on the date and time specified above along with ‘THE CANDIDATE’S FOIL OF WRITTEN EXAMINATION CALL LETTER’ and appropriate original certificates as above.
