APPRENTICES ACT TRAINING SELECTION NOTICE NO.01/2013

Applications are invited for engagement of Trade Apprentices under Apprentices Act, 1961 and Apprenticeship Rules, 1991 in General Services Organisation, Kalpakkam in Kancheepuram District, Tamil Nadu. This selection is only for Apprenticeship training on Stipendiary basis.

Educational Qualifications :
(a) Electrician : SSC/SSLC(10th Std.) passed with Science as one of the subjects or its equivalent. ITI Certificate of two year duration in the relevant Trade is essential.

(b) Mechanic(Motor Vehicle) : SSC/SSLC(10th Std.) passed with Science as one of the subjects or its equivalent. ITI Certificate of two year duration in the relevant Trade is essential.

(c) Mechanic(Diesel) : SSC/SSLC(10th Std.) passed with Science as one of the subjects or its equivalent. ITI Certificate of one year duration in the relevant Trade is essential.

(d) Programming and System Administration Assistant/ : H.Sc(12th Std.) passed under 10+2 system of Education with Science as one of the subjects or its equivalent. ITI Certificate of one year duration in Computer Operator & Programming Assistant / Programming and System Administration Assistant or relevant Trade is essential.

(e) Medical Lab Technician (Radiology) : H.Sc(12th Std.) passed under 10+2 system of Education with Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Medical Radiography Trade Certificate (not less than one year) conducted by recognised Institutions.

(f) Medical Lab Technician (Pathology) : H.Sc(12th Std.) passed under 10+2 system of Education with Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Trade Certificate of not less than one year duration in Medical Laboratory from a recognised Institutions.

(g) Gardner : SSC/SSLC(10th Std.) passed with Science as one of the subjects or its equivalent

Selection Procedure : The applicants found suitable will be called for the trade test/Viva voce test. The date and venue of the trade test/Viva voce test will be informed through call letter.

It is proposed to conduct a Walk-in-Interview for filling up of short term vacancies of Medical Officers (General Duty) on a monthly consolidated remuneration of `30,878/- with appropriate Dearness Allowance (presently 72%) per month in DAE Hospital, Kalpakkam/Anupuram on purely temporary (Locum) basis. The temporary (locum) appointment may extend upto a maximum period of six months. However, such locum appointment shall not exceed 89 days at a time.
