Sikkim State Cooperative Supply And Marketing Federation Limited (SIMFED) is an apex Marketing Cooperative Society of the state of Sikkim. (SIMFED) is primarily engaged in the marketing of the surplus Agriculture, horticulture and floriculture produce of the State of Sikkim.

Applications are invite from eligible candidates for appointment on contractual basis and on consolidated salary for a period of one year for the following post.

1.Name of the post : Marketing Inspector
No. of post : 4
Consolidated Salary : Rs. 10,000/- p.m.
Eligibility : Bachelors degree in Science, Commerce, Agriculture or Horticulture from any reputed college or university.
Note : Preference will be given to those candidates having bachelors degree in Agriculture or Horticulture.

2. Name of the post : Food Technologist (processing)
No. of post : 1
Consolidated Salary : Rs. 10,000/- p.m.
Eligibility : B.Sc. (Processing, Food Technology) from any reputed college or university.
Note : The Food Technologist will be based in Ginger Processing unit for producing value added products like Ginger flakes, Ginger Powder, Ginger paste, Ginger syrup, Ginger oil etc; He/She shall regularly provide the production status and report the progress to the head office.

How to Apply :
i) Interested candidates may appear for a walk in interview on the 6th December, 2012 from 11.00 am to 2.00 pm at SIMFED head office. The interview shall be conducted by a committee duly appointed by the management.

ii) The candidates should carry with them all the original requisite documents.

iii) Preference will be given to candidates with Sikkim Subject/COI holders.
