The Principal Scientist & Cooperating Centre Principal Investigator intends to recruit following post purely on contractual basis under National Fund for Strategic and Frontier Application Research in Agriculture Project “State of diversity of commercially important seaweeds along the west coast of India” (NFBSFARA). Emoluments : Rs. 16,000/- + 30% HRA for 1st & 2nd year and Rs. 18,000/-+ 30 H.R.A. for 3rd year

Essential qualification : M.F.Sc./ M.Sc. (Botany/Zoology/Marine Biology/Oceanography/any other relevant subject)
Desirable : Experience in vessel based work, Field work, writing ability and computer skills.

ii) The above post is purely temporary and will be filled on contractual basis initially for a period of one year but may be extended on year to year basis based on performance of the candidate.
