ii) Graduate with diploma in Personnel Admn. & Industrial Relations or Social Work/Science from a recognized Institution with 5 years experience in Industrial Relations Department in any establishment out of which 2 years should have been in a responsible capacity in a factory dealing with personnel administration and industrial relations.

3.Name of the post : MEDICAL OFFICER (ON CONTRACT BASIS FOR A PERIOD OF 3 YEARS)

Age Limit : 55
Qualification and Experience : The candidate should have obtained MBBS degree from a recognized university. Preference will be given to those who have undergone training in Industrial Health for a minimum period of three months, recognized by Govt. of Kerala/ Govt. of India.
