Qualification for Management Trainees (MT) : 1) Finance discipline : The candidate should have passed final examination of I.C.A.I or I.C.W.A or MBA (Finance). 2) Personnel and HR discipline : The candidate should be MBA with specialization in Personnel Management/HR or MSW or Master Degree in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management/Human Resource Management or equivalent course. 3) Commercial discipline : The candidate should be Engineering Graduate preferably Mechanical or Science Graduate with P.G Diploma in Material Management or equivalent course.
Qualification for Graduate Engineer Trainees (GET) : -
Bachelors Degree in the relevant field of Engineering i.e Chemical/Mechanical/ Electrical/Instrumentation/Civil.
Fee : DD of Rs. 500/-(Non Refundable) in favour of “Hindustan Insecticides Limited” payable at New Delhi

Selection, Training and Placement of MT & GET : The selection methodology will comprise : Written Test (Objective type consisting of two parts, General Aptitude and Subject knowledge). The successful candidate shall be called for group discussion/interview. The candidate selected as MT & GET shall undergo a comprehensive medical examination by the Company Medical Officers or in HIL approved Hospitals for which the entire expenses shall be borne by the candidate before placing in a training of one year.
After successful completion of training period, the candidate shall be considered for placement as “Assistant Officer” or “Assistant Engineer” in the regular pay scale of Rs.16400-40500. After absorption in the regular scale the Candidate shall be liable to serve the company any where in India for a period of 2 years under Bond. The period of training can be extended at the sole discretion of the management.
