1.Name of the post : Chief Technology Officer:
Qualification : Graduation in IT with 15 Years experience or Post Graduation in IT with 10 years experience in Banking Industry.
Additional qualification like CISA / CISM or any certificate specialization in IT with CAIIB will be preferred.
Age : Age group between 40 years to 50 years.
Location : Chennai / Karur
Banking Experience in Executive level :
i) Should able to independently handle the IT Department / Technology Centre / DR Site Management / New Technology Products. Capable of assessing hardware and software requirements for achieving the Corporate Goal with an aim to increase the return on investment. Innovative and development of Techno products to compete with the market.
ii) And also manage IT staff, overseeing a budget and reporting to Top Management– needs to be part of the long-term corporate strategy.

2.Name of the post : GENERAL MANAGER(CREDIT)
Qualification : Chartered Accountant or Post Graduate with CAIIB.
Age : Not exceeding 52 years (relaxable in deserving cases)
Location : Chennai / Karur
Experience : Executive for this position should have a minimum 20 years working experience in Bank of which atleast 5 years experience as AGM/DGM in any Nationalized/Private Sector Bank with exposure to credit appraisal, processing, spanning cross section of lending to corporates, Industries, Retail, Priority sector, Forex, syndication of loans, project appraisal, consortium arrangements, credit grid, credit risk rating, knowledge of geographical market, for achieving business targets, restructuring, project finance etc.

3.Name of the post : GENERAL MANAGER (HRD):
Qualification : A Post Graduation in any discipline or MBA in HRD with law qualification – BL / LLB. Qualification in Labour Laws will be a desirable qualification.
Age : Not exceeding 52 years (relaxable in deserving cases)
Location : Karur / Chennai
Experience : Should have served in a Public Sector Bank / Private Sector Bank for atleast 20 years of which 5 years in DGM / AGM with exposure in operational aspects of Banking and on all the facets of Human Resources Development including Manpower Planning, Competency Mapping, Performance Management System(PMS), OD, Succession Planning, IR functions and Bipartite guidelines etc.,

4.Name of the post : HEAD - TREASURY
Qualification : Post Graduate. CAIIB / Certification course related to Treasury / Risk Management / Trading / Investment / Dealer will be added advantage.
Age : Not exceeding 45 years (relaxable in deserving cases)
Location : Mumbai / Chennai
Experience : Executive for this position should have a minimum 15 years working experience in Bank of which atleast 5 years experience as AGM/DGM in any Nationalized/Private Sector Bank with exposure and practical experience in treasury operations, investments, Call money market, foreign trade, forex business, Risk evaluation, knowledge of geographical area operations, international and domestic treasury operations, ECGC procedures, reporting to RBI and other statutory authorities.

5.Name of the post : DGM/AGM - COMPLIANCE
Qualification : Post Graduate. Law qualification and CAIIB will be added advantage.
Age : Not exceeding 45 years (relaxable in deserving cases)
Location : Chennai / Karur
Experience : Candidate for this position should have a minimum 3 to 5 years working experience in any Nationalized/Private Sector Bank under CBS(Core Banking Solution) environment with exposure and practical experience in Audit/Inspection compliances and should also be served in Credit Department/Branch for atleast for a period of 3 years. Legal knowledge is preferable.

6.Name of the post : DGM/AGM - ECONOMIST
Qualification : Post Graduate in Economics and Management. CAIIB will be added advantage.
Age : Not exceeding 45 years (relaxable in deserving cases)

Experience : Candidate for this position should have a minimum of 7 years working experience in any Nationalized/Private Sector Bank / Industrial House / Corporates with exposure and practical experience in Economic affairs, market research, framing of policies and play effective advisory role in aligning the government policies, macro-economic situations and micro level implementation.

Name of the post : HEAD(DGM/AGM) - MSME
Qualification : Chartered Accountant or Post Graduate with CAIIB.

Location : Chennai / Karur
Experience : Executive for this position should have a minimum 10 years working experience in Bank of which atleast 5 years experience as CM/AGM in any Nationalized/Private Sector Bank with exposure and practical experience in handling Credit relating to MSME in the areas of credit appraisal / processing, marketing, pre sanction and post sanction follow-up. Experience in handling consumer finance would be an added advantage.

8.Name of the post : Head (DGM / AGM) – Wealth Management:
Qualification : Graduate / Post Graduate with CAIIB/MBA. Candidates with AIII or FIII certifications with IRDA License, AMFI certification, NCFM certification will be given preference.
Age : Age group between 40 years to 45 years (relaxable in deserving cases)
Location : Chennai / Karur
Experience : Candidates should have 5 to 10 years in the field of Para banking business in a Bank, of which a minimum of 3 years as HEAD, Wealth Management / Para Banking.
