Deputy General Manager - Legal
QUALIFICATION : A degree from any recognized University with BL / LLB. Post – graduation in Law will be a desirable qualification.
AGE : Age Group between 45 Years to 50 Years.
EXPERIENCE : Not less than 5 years service in Banking Sector either worked in a Private Bank or Nationalized Bank, with expertise in dealing with the entire spectrum of issues which Bank need to address and more especially familiar in dealing with Courts, Adalat, DRTs, Labour matters.
COMPENSATION : Compensation not an issue, for the right candidate and commensurate with experience and deliverables.

Branch Heads - Heading important, strategic, potential, existing and new Branches PAN India.
QUALIFICATION : A degree from any recognized University with MBA or Master Degree with CAIIB preferred.
AGE : Age Group between 35 Years to 40 Years.
EXPERIENCE : Not less than 5 years as a Branch Manager in any Private Bank or Nationalized Bank, with proven track record of performance in customer acquisition, Credit Sourcing and dispensation and achieving set targets.
COMPENSATION : Compensation not an issue, for the right candidate and commensurate with experience and deliverables.

Credit – Credit Marketing, Credit Appraisal and Credit Monitoring
Treasury – Operating through Mumbai
Inspection and Audit – Branch Audit / IS Audit
Industrial Relations – HR Department (IR) at Karur
Merchant Banking Division – Acquisition of Corporate Clients and other functions.
Home Loans and retail products – Promotions
