ROSE Rajasthan Online Scholarship System :
Steps : Apply for Online Scholarship :
** Click on “New Registration” button, provide desired details carefully and get Login ID and Password.
** Note down & Remember, Registration ID/Login ID & Password, it will be issued only once.
** Duplicate Registration on this site is not allowed.
** Click on “Login” button, provide User ID and Password given as above and enter into site.
** Through “Apply for Scholarship” button provides all desired details, check and after confirmation “Lock” the Application. Pl. note that “Apply for Scholarship” button will not be visible until you confirm the registration details. Link for the same is available there.
** Take print out the Application, get sign from your institution, attach all desired documents and send that to concerning Domicile District office by post.
** Please note without “LOCK” updation in filled data allowed and taking print out before “LOCK” will just be a draft application and not a FINAL APPLICATION to be send to SJE district office.
** You can check the status later by login again.
** Detailed instructions could be read by clicking on “How to Apply” button.
** Students who have already registered on portal they can login with their Registration No. and Password and can fill application form for this academic year.
** Students who are applying first time on portal they have to register first on portal with New Students Registration Button.
** Students who had applied scholarship application previous year they cannot modify their personal details on portal.

Action Required by the Institute :
1. Check whether you have received Mobile message for user creation at ROSE.
2. If not received, contact District Social Justice and Empowerment Department officer for creation of user id for your Institute
3. Visit ROSE portal : www.rajpms.nic.in
4. Login at site by already provided User ID and Password.
5. Change Password of your institute login and frequently change the same <User Management – Change Password>.
6. Update Your Institute Profile, Following are mandatory requirement <Register Institute Profile> Name of Nodal Officer for Scholarships, Designation, Institute Address, Institute Land Line Number, Institute E-mail Address are mandatory fields
7. Include/Map University, of which your Institute affiliated <Register University> by clicking at Box given in front of University Name thereafter clicking over Register Selected University with Institute
8. Register Courses and Upload course vise affiliation documents – University Recognition, Government Recognition (if any), Council Approval (if any) <Register Course>
9. Enter Course wise fees details <Register Fee Structure>
10. It is suggested to upload some photographs of your institute building and facilities <Upload Institute Photo> (upto 4 Photographs) you can alter these photographs whenever required.
11. User Manual and Presentation are available Help and Support link on Home Page.

University wise Institute summary report :
HELP - This page displays University wise list opf institute details. You have to select district, university type, university and press button below. Further, you may click on institute name to view registered courses and branches.

Scholarship Status :
** You can search your scholarship application on this page.
** You have to select Institute Type, Institute Level, District, Tehsil, Institute and press button below to view applications.
** You may also enter your first name to list all applicant's having same name.
** You can also view latest status of your application by clicking on (+) button on left of applicant details.

Please write your First Name (ONLY) in English before you click the SEARCH button. This will display the list of Students. Don't try to Search Application by Surname and Middle Name.

How can i edit information after locking the form?

Edit Registration Details: To Apply Scholarship first Student has to confirm registration details which had been entered by Student himself while registration. If there is any wrong information entered by mistake student can correct those information and update same by click on “Update above details” button.
After satisfaction of that all the information is correct then click on “Confirm Details and Allow for Apply Application” button.

After confirmation about filled data “LOCK” is essential. Take printout of the Application after “LOCK”, means your application is forwarded to District SJE Office for further processing. It will be entertain only after receipt of Hardcopy of Application with required documents duly signed by the Institute.

How can I upload photo?

Upload Photo: Students can upload their photo by this button. To Upload photo, Click on Upload Photo Button. It will show upload photo utility where you have to click on “Browse”. After that, select your photo and click on “Upload Passport Size Photograph” button.

Note : Photo Upload is not compulsory for students.

If Student Forgot his/her Password. He/she can Reset their password with help of “Forgot Password Utility”. Where Student has to provide Information like First Name, Date of birth, Mobile Number, Email Id.

I am student of b.tech 3rd sem in sri balaji technical campus, in the first sem at the time to fill the scholarship form i reached at college on 15 January 2013 at time 4:30 to submit my form, and the last date to submit the form was 15 January. I have completed PGDCA (PG Diploma in computer application) in 2013 and I got scholarship. Then I admitted in 2nd year MSc Computer Science as college rules, after completing PGDCA. In MSc 2nd Year I also apply for scholarship and completed submitted the scholarship form.
Now my scholarship rejected (Required document not attached).
So I went to scholarship office in udaipur and ask them, but they told me you have completed PGDCA so you can not get any scholarship so reject your scholarship form.
Please help me is it possible or not or you have any rules or shall I contact to any higher officers?
