Web based online reply system:
Before November 2006, replies on the petitions of the Chief Minister’s Special Cell were entered manually in the computer with the hard copies available in hand.

To ensure accuracy and to synchronise the data of Chief Minister’s Special Cell and the District Collectorates, a web-based online reply feeding system was introduced in November, 2006 for Secretariat Departments / Heads of Departments and districts which enable them to send online replies from their office through Internet to the server of Chief Minister’s Special Cell. Consequent to the introduction of new system all replies to the petitions are received through online.

I am Dr A.Rajendran Secretary.The estimate for the construction of bunds for the tail Paravanar in Cuddalore district has been prepared by the PWD and sent for the approval. The proposal was initiated by the Paravanar irrigation and drainage development Association. It is requested that the Govt may approve the scheme and sanction the estimated funds to take up the work early.

Shall I post my petition regarding PG Assistant post in zoology in govt.schools.hoping that amma will do needful help to me,which i am unable to get job even after stepped to TRB and DPI office so many times. Unfortunately i used to get a reply in negative form. Though i am a fully qualified post graduate in zoology eligible for both the mediums urdu/english. We invite your kind attention to TEXCO letters No TEXCO/108BD/12/TN/Min Wages/2012 Dated 25.05.2012 & D.O. Lr No TEXCO/6143/Revised VDA/TN MW/2013 Dated23.04.2013. Consequent to issue of Government Orders minimum wages and VDA are were required to be revised and paid to the contract employees of TEXCO staff employed in TASMAC whereas even after issue of Government Orders the monetary benefits are not being admitted by the TASMAC which in turn lower the moral of ex-servicemen. We are still getting only Rs 7666/- per month which is not sufficient to meet the both ends in these hard days. Therefore, we earnestly requesting your intervention in this matter to resolve the issue so that the legitimate dues are paid to the employees as promulgate in government orders. We already send a msg to you about government free laptops not given to some groups in our school ( Thiyagarajar model school, MDU ) tomorrow our skl is giving laptops to othr groups. . school management not telling the exact reason for00 us for the questn of why no laptops given to some groups but school headmaster had put his sign in 12th mark sheet ( backside ) that laptop to be issued to our group also. அம்மா வணக்கம் கவிதாவாகிய நான் சேலம் மாவட்டத்தில் நடத்துனர் பணிக்காக 2007ல் நேர்முக தேர்வில் கலந்து கொண்டேன். ஆனால் யாருக்கும் பெண்நடத்துனர் பணி வழங்கவி்ல்லை. அதனால் நானும் ரேவதி என்பவரும் கோர்ட்டில் வழக்கு தொடர்ந்தோம். அதில் HighCourtல் வெற்றியும் பெற்றோம். ஆனால் எங்களுக்கு நடத்துனர் பணி வழங்கவில்லை. அதற்கு பதில் Supremecourt க்கு சென்று விட்டனர் அதனுடைய தீர்ப்பு 18-01-2013 ல் வந்தது அதில் ரேவதி என்பருக்கு மட்டும் பணி வழங்கபட்டது. எனக்கு REJECT செய்து விட்டனர். அதற்கு காரணம் நான் 158cm உள்ளேன். ரேவதி 160 cm உள்ளார். நம் தமிழ்நாட்டில் பெண் நடத்துனர் 2007ல் இருந்துதான் நிறைய பேர் நடத்துனர் பணி செய்கின்றனர் . இத்தனை வருடமாக ஆண் நடத்துனர்கள்தான் தமிழ்நாட்டில் பணி செய்தனர். அதனால் தான் IRT RULES நடத்துனர்களுக்கு 160 cm என்று குறிப்பிட்டுள்ளனார் . அம்மா பெண்களுக்கு 5 cm குறைத்தால் எனக்கு நடத்துனர் பணி கிடைக்கும்.அம்மா சென்னை மாவட்டத்தில் அனுசியா என்ற பெண்நடத்துனர் 2வருடமாக பணி செய்தார். இப்பொழுது சேலம் மாவட்டத்திற்கு July மாதம் மாற்றலாகி வந்து 2நாள் நடத்துனராக பணி செய்து விட்டு இப்பொழுது திருச்செங்கோட்டு DEPO ல் Cashier ராக பணி செய்கின்றார். அம்மா நான் 7 வருடமாக இந்த நடத்துனர் பணி கிடைக்கும் என்று எந்த வேலைக்கும் முயற்சி செய்யவில்லை. எனக்கு வயது 37 . நான் B,com, Typewriting English & Tamil Higher, Computer Tally, Ms-Office ஆகியவை முடித்துள்ளேன். எனக்கு உயரம் குறைவாக இருக்கிறது என்று நடத்துனர் பணி வழங்கவில்லை தயவுசெய்து அலுவலகத்தில்லாவது எனக்கு ஏதாவது பணி தருமாறு மிக மிக பணிவுடன் கேட்டுக் கொள்கின்றேன். அம்மா உங்கள் பதிலை எதிர்பார்த்துக் கொண்டு இருக்கின்றேன். பெண்ணாக பிறந்து என்னால் எதையும் சாதிக்க முடியவில்லை . மிகவும் வருத்தமாக உள்ளது. நான் நடத்துனர் பணி கிடைக்க மிகவும் கஷ்டப்பட்டுஷ்டேன் ஆனால் ரேவதி ஒன்றுமே கஷ்டபடவில்லை ஆனால் அவருக்கு நடத்துனர் பணி கிடைத்துவிட்டது. இதுதான் அம்மா தலைவிதி என்பது. அம்மா உங்களைதான் நான் நம்பி உள்ளேன் எனக்கு அப்பா. அம்மாவும் இல்லை கணவரும் சரியில்லை நான் என்ன பண்ணுவது என்று எனக்கு தெரியவில்லை. எனக்கு பைத்தியம் பிடித்துவிடும் போல் உள்ளது. எனக்கு ஏதாவது Government வேலை வேண்டும் அம்மா உங்கள் கட்சியில்லாவது சோ்த்துக் கொள்ளுங்கள்.கண்டிப்பாக நான் ஏதாவது சாதிப்பேன். நான் சாவதற்குள் எதையாவது சாதிக்க வேண்டும் என்று ஆசைபடுக்கின்றேன்.
