BUT THE PENSION FOR THE MONTH OF OCTOBER 2017 WAS CREDITED WITH RS. 39029.71 WHEREAS THE PENSION SLIP SHOWS NET PAID AMOUNT RS. 40282.91 THERE IS A DIFFERENCE OF RS. 1253/20P (LESS CREDITED).

IN THE MONTH OF SEPT 2017 THE DA WAS PAID RS. 13107/71P AND IN OCTOBER 2017 DA WAS PAID RS. 12860/91P. WHEREAS THEIR IS NO CHANGE IN DA DURING THE MONTH OF OCTOBER 2017 ITSELF. I WOULD LIKE TO MENTION HERE THAT I GOT RS. 1500/- LESS IN THE MONTH OF OCT 2017. PLEASE CLEAR THE POSITION.

I availed staff housing loan in another branch other than pension paying branch and paying EMI directly to my loan account also am paying premium towards my life insurance directly.

My PF index is 1211390. I submitted a Homeo med bill of Rs.970/- on 8/12/18. They rejected its payment and the reason is "Register number of chamber is must". I have given trade licence number & GDT number on cash memo & Register number of doctor on the prescription. Disease is covered by those, included in the list of domiciliary diseases. Please see the case, so that this is paid.

In Allopathic treatment, register number of chamber is not required. So, why this trickery (or) autocratic dealing? Claim ID is 2229145/1 and PF index is 1211390 and UHID is 15105763 and policy number is 1202002818p103714732

I am retired chief manager of State Bank of Hyderabad and my pension paying branch is SBI MSME Branch Moulali, Hyderabad ( 20096). While migrating pension payments from SBH to SBI, my pan number was missed in records and with out fault of me my 25% of my pension (Rs.7165/-) was with held and shown as income tax deduction.

Today when I checked the TRACE of 26AS of Income Tax, I found that the amount was not credited till now in-spite of lapse of more than 6 months.
As such, the appropriate tax amount may kindly be credited to income tax account and excess amount deducted may kindly be returned to me. Please treat the matter as most urgent.
