Programme of issue of duplicate call letters on 14.12.12 & 15.12.12 for the exam on 16.12.2012(Technicians categories of CEN No 04/2012).For issuing duplicate call letter candidate should bring computer print out of Application Status.

6.01 Application received before the date of CEN & Applications received after closing date of CEN.

6.02 Passage not copied in the Information sheet / copied in capital / block letters.

6.03 Application without signatures / signatures in capital letters /different type of signatures at different place of the application and information sheet .

6.04 Left hand thumb impression not affixed / blurred / smudged on the application form and information sheet.

6.05 Copies of requisite certificates not enclosed.
(I) Certificate for date birth i.e., Matriculation / High School Exam or Equivalent certificate,
(ii) Educational and / or professional certificate,
(iii) Community Certificate for SC/ST/OBC
(iv) Discharge certificate for Ex- Servicemen candidates,
(v) Disability certificate for Persons with disabilities
(iv) Income Certificate by Economically backward classes candidates for waiver of examination fee,
(vii) 'Minority self declaration' by Minority candidates for waiver of examination fee etc.
(viii) valid light/heavy driving license where required etc.
(ix) No objection certificate for Railway/Government/Public Sector Undertaking employee .

6.06 Indian Postal Order/DD not enclosed or less fee enclosed or invalid IPO/DD i.e IPO/DD purchased before date of issue of and after closing date of Centralised Employment Notice .

6.07 Identification marks column not filled up .

6.08 Do not possess the prescribed qualification for the post on the closing date of application .

6.09 Over aged or under aged or Date of Birth not filled or wrongly filled .

6.10 Double or multiple applications submitted for the same post/Category/Group in same RRB .

6.11 Application without colour photo or photo with cap, wearing goggles, disfigured, unrecognizable, or scanned or Photo State copy .

6.12 More than one application in single envelope .

6.13 Candidate's name is figuring in the debarred list .

6.14 Incomplete/illegible application .

6.15 Application not in the prescribed format .

6.16 Category/post not filled up or incorrectly filled.

6.17 Application addressed to other RRBs.

6.18 Application filled in a language other than English/Hindi .

6.19 Any other irregularities which are considered invalid by RRB .

6.20 For Category No.23 Candidates failing to enclose copy of Heavy Vehicle License wherever required will not be considered for the category .
