APPLICATIONS ARE INVITED FOR ADMISSION TO THE 2015 - 2017
B.Ed. Programme 2015-2017 through the School of Distance Education Approved by the Distance Education Bureau (DEB), New Delhi & National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), Bangalore

Eligibility :
** Teachers serving in recognized Schools with minimum of two years of teaching experience are eligible for admission to the programme.
** UG or PG in any one of the subjects: Tamil, English, History, Geography, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology & Computer Science
** P.G. in Economics & Commerce both U.G. and P.G. must be in the same subject. For further details refer the website www.b-u.ac.in.

MODE OF SELECTION:
BASED ON THE PERFORMANCE IN THE ENTRANCE EXAMINATION AND TAMIL NADU STATE GOVERNMENT COMMUNAL RESERVATION NORMS.

Prospectus and Application Form can be obtained in person or by post from 17.11.2014 on submission of a request along with a Demand Draft for Rs.500/towards its cost drawn in favour of “The Director, School of Distance Education”, payable at Coimbatore and self addressed stamped envelope (25” x 35”) to the value of Rs.50/-. Please note that cash payment will NOT BE ACCEPTED. The cost of application once paid will not be refunded.

Candidates can also download the application form and other details from the website www.b-u.ac.in and submit the filled in application with prescribed fee of Rs.500/- in the form of DD. Filled in Application forms should be sent to The Director, School of Distance Education, Bharathiar University, Coimbatore-641046.

The envelope may be superscribed as “Application for B.Ed.”
